Absolutely worth it
I’m the type to 9/10 try things even with the bad reviews going. I mean sure, I’m a little nervous about it when I’ve read some bad things… but hey ho. And I’m glad I did go for it! Everything arrived safely, and everything was in the package. Not only that but it came within three days and I had ordered late at night! So yeah. Don’t be put off by the bad reviews. A lot of people just moan at every damn website etc.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Sent damaged items for my sons party bags and refused to refund unless I took them to a post office to return. Also sent incorrect quantities and bad quality items. £40 to wasted. Very bad customer service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Great value for money! Amazing little goodies for party bags ordered and really good variety of options .. delivery was within the promised time frame too, will order again!

I found this website via Google, was abit skeptical as the prices where a lot cheaper than I found previous so took a chance and glad I did, come in 2 days from ordering and was excellent quality for the price! Will order from here again

I was skeptical but proven wrong!
I was skeptical they were a lot cheaper than other sites, and the other review on here wasn’t great. However, product ordered, arrived in a couple of days exactly what we wanted and about a third of the price of other places.

Number of errors but quickly rectified via live chat
First of all my order arrived with items missing. I contacted them by live chat and they quickly arranged for them to be sent out. Then the incorrect amount arrived so I had to contact them again. Again this was quickly resolved via live chat. Finally when I opened a pack of bubble I had ordered for party bags they were covered with mold. I contacted them again and was quickly refunded. On the whole the customer service has been really good. Its just disappointing that they couldn't get the order right in the first place.
