Because there was a custom element to my order I was advised delivery would be in 2 to 3 weeks. Instead I received delivery in 6 days!!
Very happy and will look to use PARZ/UK Golf Academy again.

I recently visited Brentwood Golf Range and had the pleasure of speaking with Jordan, the sales representative. From the moment I arrived, Jordan was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely knowledgeable about all the products and services available.
He took the time to answer every question I had, offered great recommendations based on my needs, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear he really knows his stuff and cares about providing top-level customer service.
If you’re heading to Brentwood Golf Range and need advice or support, I highly recommend speaking with Jordan. He’s fantastic at what he does!

Iron Fitting
Had a fitting with Sam. I’d never had a fitting before and after having one I wouldn’t buy a club again without it. Can’t recommend it enough. Each question I had got answered and was made to feel comfortable through out. I will definitely be going back.

Brilliant service, can’t recommend enough, will definitely be using for anything further I need!!!!!
Wrong grip was sent out on my wedge, but it got resolved in a couple of days. Communication and actions were true to their word to get it resolved!

Jordan at Parz Golf is your go to guy
I spoke with Jordan at Parz Golf and couldn’t have had a better experience. His knowledge and advice were fantastic, and he spent a lot of time explaining everything clearly and patiently. As someone new to golf, it can feel quite intimidating speaking to professionals, but Jordan made the whole conversation feel relaxed and approachable. He really took the time to understand my needs and made the process enjoyable and confidence-building. Highly recommend Parz Golf, especially if you’re just starting out.

Had a custom fitting session for a new Driver…
Had a custom fitting session for a new Driver with Adam.
I cannot recommend Adam enough – he was so helpful and knowledgeable and took time to understand what I wanted. He guided me to what was best for me.
I would highly recommend Adam and his colleagues and will definitely be back.
A very enjoyable experience.

Non delivery
Just got message from Royal Mail that my delivery has been returned to sender as unable to read the address. So not good packing and delivery service. This after waiting five days for delivery

Parz got in touch with me and apologised for the mistake. They also refunded my postage. Excellent customer service.
