Absolutely LOVE these shoes

Absolutely LOVE these shoes, I've been following them for a while and was able to get my first 2 pairs of sandals last summer and 3 heels sets, a 1.5" & 2 x 3" block heels all 3 to match both pairs of shoes for maximum wear. I watched a few YT videos before they came so I was quite familiar with how to change them and found it really easy once I'd tried a couple of times.
The are really comfortable too, I struggle to find shoes in my size here and the US 11 fits really well. On the website you can check real reviews of each shoe design to see whether you should size up or down 1/2 size (sadly not an option for me as they don't make 10.5 or 11.5 so the reviews are very helpful in deciding if the purchase is worth my while, especially as international shipping form me so returns are not an option). Because I'm in the EU, but originally from the UK, I know my true size in both so I noticed that the website conversion for EU/UK is wrong so instead or relying on that, I measured my feet and the insoles of a current pair of shoes and was able to get the correct size.n So yes, the pricing for me was is Euros but I didn't expect the shoes sizes sold to be EU or UK sizes, as some of the other reviews have said, they are clear on the website that they're US sizes and they also offer a size chart!
Since my first purchase a year ago I have replaced all my footwear with Pashions, I have 8 pairs of shoes, 3 pairs of boots, and 16 heel kits. (The stilettos are the most difficult to change because of the grip but once your learn 'the twist' action they're easy, too). I don't usually like flat shoes but wore these as flats around the house to help break-in the sole quicker and they were so comfortable, so much so that they're the only shoes I'd wear as flats outside as the sole moulds to the shape of your insole and you don't feel small stones under the ball of your foot like you can with regular shoes.
Customer service is amazing too. I had a pair of Adrianna's where the ankle elastic was far too tight and left welts within 10 minutes or wearing so I emailed with photos showing the measurements and they confirmed they had the wrong size elastic on them! They sent me a new pair (which are fab and I wear for work doing 12,000 - 18,00 steps a day and being able to change from heels in meetings, to flat for rushing about in, is brilliant), they told me to keep the other pair so I cut the heel elastic off and wear them as slip-on shoes, so that worked out as a real bargain. They also replaced a pair of heels that had a faulty mechanism, without argument. They're also available to answer any questions about sizing etc., and I've found them super helpful and definitely not a bot, as suggested.
I would recommend you make your purchases from the sales or special discount days (which they have around most US holidays) as this cuts the cost considerably, you always collect 'Pashion Points' from your reviews to spend against purchases, and cashback from Onward, the courier company, so there are many ways to get these cheaper.
For me, these are the best shoes ever and the customisation is the icing on the cake; every shoes can be made to match every outfit, or mood, and no more boring 'make do' shoes!

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. They sent a size 4 instead of a size 6 and are refusing to let me return them without paying over £100 in fees! Absolute robbery!! Tried to dispute this with them and they do not care at all!!! It is disgusting. Though clearly from the reviews here they do not care at all about their customers. Wish I had checked here first!

Ordered Emmy model in nude, along with 3 extra heels May 2025.

I always like to start with the positive: Customer service was exceptionally prompt to respond to my issue[s] and offered a fair solution [for someone else] without any prompting or cajoling. The product itself was fine; decent design, quite comfortable from the outset, felt very robust both as a flat and with heels on. What let it down a bit was the "vegan" leather, which was a bit naff...but only a bit.

The bad:
The entire premise of this product is an easy to adapt shoe... one that an individual can change swiftly to provide comfort, enhance the fashion aesthetic as well as reduce the need for multiple pairs of shoes of same colour just to get a different style. Great idea, one that has merit to be sure. Loved it.

...If only they actually worked...

Received mine today. Watched multiple videos both from seller as well as others as I had read/heard that a fair number of folk had issues with the removal of the heels. Read the instructions that came with product. Installed the block heels, which I noted had a different removal button from the stilettos; block had a square button, stilettos had a more ergonomic curved button. Hmmm.

So went thru the process multiple times - grip shoe firmly, depress button fully, turn heel counter clockwise

No dice getting those heels off. They were and remain VERY firmly in place, despite multiple wrestles with them. On both shoes. Yep, those heels are there for all eternity.

So I reached out to customer service and as noted, they were prompt to respond. Asked me to take a video of my attempting to remove heels to troubleshoot.

Made and sent video.
First response was a genuine we're sorry, and we'd be happy to provide you with a replacement and we'll be reaching out to our suppliers. Offered a replacement pair of ANOTHER style without the slightest hesitation*; unfortunately the Emmy in the colour I had sold out.

Declined and asked that I be refunded and provided with a postage paid return label.

Third email from customer service said, ooooh, we've reviewed your video again, and please to try wiggle and jiggle the heel[s] about as we think that will resolve the issue! We think the spring is a little sticky...and we think you'll be happy once you get the hang of it, so no need for refund.

WTF? If it happened with both heels on both shoes with operator attempting to perform it's the design/manufacturing issue, not some one off shake it up shake it down, shake it all around and Hey Presto! All better!
Yeah, no. Note that I had ALREADY done just that in the video.

Sent back snotty reply that unless they wanted to pay me for my time to video another failed heel hell removal, JUST SEND ME A RUDDY FULL REFUND AND A PRE-PAID RETURN LABEL AND STOP WITH THE STALLING &HITE1

Once again, to customer service's credit, on the 4th try, they agreed to refund without return of the items and offered a 25% discount on a future purchase [as if lol].

Moral of the story is Pashion is a great idea but one that isn't ready for prime time, not until they figure out why some heels easy to remove, others wedded to the shoe for all time.

Awful experience

Awful experience. The return process is extremely difficult and the international sizing is so off. Also, there are no clear signs on sizing or any guides that clearly demarcates how off the sizing can be. Also the quality is best average for the price you pay and the customer service is also terrible, all round don't waste your time or money, its a viral brand that is absolutely not worth the hype. P.S. the shoes changing from heels to sandals is a cumbersome process and does not feel comfortable at all.

Amazing amazing shoes!

Amazing amazing shoes!! Just used a pair yesterday and did around 4K steps in them and run as well. Brought the flats to change the heel and it wasn’t even needed! Best heels I’ve ever had!!!
Gave 4 stars because initially it was very hard to rotate the heel to remove. Eventually found out that it gets easier by walking with them, but I have 2 pairs and one of them it’s still hard to take the heel off, so 4*

Really sad I didn’t read trustpilot…

Really sad I didn’t read trustpilot before ordering. I ordered and 10 minutes after I get an email with a discount code of 40% - I try to get them to either cancel the order or order me the discount. They just write back that it’s not possible. It’s a Shopify store so of course it’s possible. They also delay their response and just say it’s been shipped already. The lack of customer service is just bad.

Great concept, poor design durability

purchased two pairs of Pashion shoes and three heel kits (1.5” block, 4” block, and 4” stiletto) in October. When they arrived, I loved them—the shoes look great and the conversion mechanism works well. I wore them about 1–2 times per week for normal daily activities and initially found them reasonably comfortable.
However, within three months the heel caps on both block heel kits started falling off. I tried supergluing them back onto the hollow heels, but they kept coming off while I was walking. After six months, two of the caps are now completely lost because they fell off while I was out.
This was really disappointing, especially since it happened with both heel kits I used regularly. The design simply doesn’t hold up to normal wear and tear. Considering shipping to Australia alone cost $57 AUD, I expected much better durability.
The one thing I can’t fault is Pashion’s customer service. The team was lovely and tried to help when I reached out. However, the only option offered was a voucher that covered the heel kit but not shipping, which made replacement impractical given there was enough indication, based on the same issue occurring with multiple kits, that ongoing replacements would be required anyways.
I hope Pashion considers redesigning the heel caps so they don’t fall off so easily. If that issue were fixed, I would absolutely consider buying from them again.

⚠️ Niet bestellen, pas op!

Ik heb een extreem slechte ervaring gehad met dit bedrijf.

Ik heb mijn bestelling binnen de termijn vanuit Nederland teruggestuurd via PostNL, met tracking en correcte douanedocumenten. Hiervoor heb ik hoge verzendkosten betaald. Het pakket is in Canada aangekomen, maar werd vastgehouden vanwege invoerrechten die alleen door de ontvanger betaald kunnen worden.

Het bedrijf weigert deze kosten te betalen en blijft volhouden dat ik dit moet doen, terwijl dat vanuit Nederland niet mogelijk is. Hierdoor is mijn retour geblokkeerd en heb ik geen product en geen terugbetaling ontvangen.

Mijn uitleg en bewijzen werden genegeerd. De klantenservice denkt niet mee, herhaalt alleen hun beleid en biedt geen oplossing. Uiteindelijk stopten ze zelfs met reageren.

Ik ben veel geld kwijtgeraakt en heb niets ontvangen. Dit was mijn eerste en laatste bestelling hier.

Bestel hier niet als je buiten Canada woont.

My daughter has been excited to get these shoes for what seems like years. She has waited patiently to get them as a Christmas present this year at the not insignificant price of £264 with three heels.

I have never spent that much on a pair of shoes but hey, I’m getting 4 pairs for that so I can rationalise it.

Same as many people on here, the currency shows £sterling but the size remains North American. Realised this the day after ordering and tried to change only to be told they had already shipped.

I received detailed instructions on how to return but all the onus is on YOU as the buyer. You have to pay the shipping, re-import duty, province tax and local carrier handling, as well as completing all the necessary paperwork to get through customs. According to Chat GPT, the total cost of returning a £264 pair of shoes could be up to £150.

HERE’S the thing, you get one bit of that wrong and you get no return, no refund and you are still an extra £150 out of pocket.

I understand the mistake was mine in not realising the sizes wouldn’t change but I think if you are going to sell in non domestic markets then the labelling should be much clearer, even if it’s listing all territory equivalent sizes. Surely not much of a job for their web designer.

Feel stranded now as I’m no import/export expert and don’t want to risk sending back. So I’ve reordered to get the right size so as not to disappoint my daughter and will end up with a pair of shoes that cost over £500.

If you can’t support the non domestic market then don’t sell in them.

Terrible customer service, wouldn’t recommend

Terrible customer service. Ordered the wrong size because when I clicked my location all the pricing changed to GBP but the sizes didn’t.

Customer service non-existent. Just a terrible AI BOT that doesn’t help and when you ask for a person you get ignored.

goed concept, slechte kwaliteit

Ik had deze schoenen speciaal voor mijn bruiloft gekocht omdat ik het idee super handig vond. Helaas viel de kwaliteit enorm tegen. Halverwege de dag waren er al beschadigingen te zien, terwijl ik niets bijzonders had gedaan. Tegen het einde van de avond liet het leer op sommige plekken los en zaten er duidelijke beschadigingen op. Voor deze prijs had ik écht veel meer duurzaamheid verwacht. Echt een teleurstelling.

Great customer service

I struggled a little with the checkout (because of a website bug), but customer service were really helpful and lovely. I then ordered the wrong size and they managed to change them for me before it was shipped. Great customer service!

Really bad experience

Really bad experience . I purchased a pair of boots. I chose the wrong size as on the website were American brands and I bought from the United Kingdom ( I think is wrong as you are selling to a different country ) I contacted Pashion after 20 minutes to change the size and I got a response saying they can’t change which it was weird because didn’t pass even a day . They also told me I could get a refund by starting a return . Also got another email saying I will get the shipping cost cover as a courtesy. When I went to start a return it show me unavailable. So frustrating because these boots are not cheap and they promised something that was not true.
Worst company ever and they should train the customer service team to give the right information . Be careful with this company . I do not recommend to anyone.

HORRIBLE

They. Are. Horrible.

They actively hide and bury any bad reviews about their company.

They also claim to have a return policy, but if you try to return or exchange a shoe they will lie and refuse to return or exchange.

I had a pair that I TRIED ON once. No damage, dirt, or marks on them. And they claim that they are "used and dirty ". I wore them NOWHERE.

Their customer service is rude and useless and they are breaking federal laws by REFUSING returns.

There are 3 other companies that make shoes like these and honestly, they're better.

Good idea and sort of practical, however...

Good idea and sort of practical but to me it doesnt feel like two pairs of shoes. It feels more like a shoe with add-ons.
They fit quite narrow which made me size up by half a size, but since most are open, it doesn't look great because the length is to long. Curious if that's the same with the booties.

Also I bought 2 pairs in the sale and one shoe (the fabric on the shoe itself, not the heel) broke after a few uses. One of the heel block didn't klick right into the shoe. Got a replacement for the heel block and a store voucher for the broken shoe.

Idee is leuk, maar de schoenen zaten niet goed en zagen er goedkoop uit. Moet helaas mijn rechtsbijstand inzetten om mijn geld terug te krijgen......
