This is nothing but a scam , making there website look like the official gov site , Google should remove these site’s immediately, shame on them , shame on this company for ripping people off

This is a scam
This is a scam! It looked like the government passport renewal site but it's a private agency. I feel humiliated and angry that I fell for it as I am usually so careful to check what site I am on. The renewal of my passport cost £158.50 instead of £88.50 so they made £70 out of me. I also have sent my old passport to the incorrect address! Will I actually get a new passport I wonder?

also fell for it . never realised until a few minutes after completing the forms. had to frezz bank account . still not sure how i ended up on the site from the government site . stay clear . will be reporting to trading standards also

Fell for it. They a middle man company. I hadn’t realised I hadn’t clicked the gov website. They charged me £163.50 for one passport where as their email said I paid £93. So I assume they kept the rest for themselves. I feel stupid for not noticing before I made the payment. But seconds later! Just wait and see if the passport turns up now. But AVOID!

Scam company. Website designed to trick users into thinking it's official passport application site and then charges almost double what the cost would be if you went through official gov.uk site. I fell victim unfortunately and renewed my 2 children's passports and my own. All costing me over £400.
Have reported to trading standards.
