I can’t recommend mark as a driving instructor enough! After having lessons for just over a year and a half, I passed my test first time, and I genuinely couldn’t have done it without his support, patience, and encouragement. He always made me feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel, even when I doubted myself. Every lesson was well structured, and he took the time to explain things clearly and help me improve at my own pace. His calm and professional approach made learning to drive a really positive experience. Thank you for all your help, guidance, and belief in me passing first time is something I’ll always be grateful for!

I’ve been driving with mark for just under a year now (Just passed today) , he taught my mum and I understand why she truly speaks so highly of him, he’s amazing at reassuring, teaches really well and never ever raises his voice or makes you feel small for making any mistakes. He will also make you laugh when he can feel your slightly on edge. Really recommend :)

Mark is an excellent driving instructor patient, clear, and very supportive. He made every lesson easy to understand and helped me feel confident on the road. I’d highly recommend him to anyone learning to drive.

Mark Young is the best driving instructor i’ve ever had. He isn’t condescending, he doesn’t shout at you and he knows how to tell you you’ve done something wrong without being rude or mean. He’s lovely and makes you feel like you’ve achieved something even when you think you’ve done really bad

i started learning with mark in early 2024 and passed in 2025 - couldn’t recommend enough !!!!! he was very patient when i didn’t get things, or got really nervous, and was always up for a chat or a laugh on lessons !

Started with Mark in 2023, passed in 2025. He's a very good instructor, very patient and gives constructive criticism. He doesn't shout or put you down, encourages you. He'll help you with what you need to work on. He's also a good laugh in the car, you can have good chat with him, he's not boring. Very highly recommended, was sad to let go of him due to passing my test.

Mark was absolutely amazing from the start! I was very nervous and he started to make me feel more at ease. He helped me pick up on driving skills and went back over the ones I wasn’t so comfortable with and I was really improving! Unfortunately had to move area so had to end my lessons but I would honestly recommend mark to anyone wanting to learn to drive! Really friendly and really makes you feel at ease! Thank you again mark for everything!

Started my lessons with Mark at the end of last year, and after just over 18 hours of lessons, I passed my test. Mark is a wonderful, patient and reassuring driving instructor. He has an absolute wealth of knowledge and is always down for a good chat and laugh along the way!

I did some lessons with Mark 10 years ago before passing my motorbike test. Not only is he still as friendly as I remember but he helped me passed my theory and practical test first time with just 1 minor. Best driving instructor I've ever had!

Mark is the best driving instructor out there . I passed my practical 1st time with him , I would highly recommend him . He’s an excellent driving instructor , he’s very knowledgeable and funny . He makes driving lessons feel easy .

Mark is incredible!!! Both my kids passed 1st time with a minors. He is patient, friendly and knowledgeable. My kids actually miss him now they passed. 100 million percent recommend.
