Contacted by this company chasing a non existent debt from Ovo which has previously been the subject of a complaint against Ovo which Ovo upheld. These PastDue goons have spammed me with emails and texts to which I have replied same day yet all I get back is "As you haven't responded...." Several per week. They hide behind auto generated contact because it costs them next to nothing but is really annoying for those being spammed. I have now threatened the with the FCA (their regulator) if they don't stop, but don't hold out much hope. Let's see what they do next.

Horrible then great..
Waited an impossible time for someone to answer the phone but eventually connected to Mishak from Ghana, what a lovely guy, super helpful and genuinely wanted to help. I completely understand others frustrations but he turned a bad experience good, the query, from 3 which shouldnt exist is now on hold pending their return. Hoping for a good outcome.

Tried to set up a sensible, affordable repayment plan and all went well until it got to the final hurdle when “David” quadrupled the offer and we were right back where we started!!!
Basically the worst collection agency on planet earth. They blame Three3 but i honestly don’t know whose fault it is, but they are the worst company I've ever dealt with.

What a shower.
The number they supply to contact them cuts off immediately
They're chasing a man who I used to have LPA Finance for but haven't since August last year. OVO is who they work for and I have told them I no longer have access.
Money Carers look after his finances and they have settled the debt
They still email me
They ignore all my replies
It now feels like harassment
The man in question is deemed vulnerable and unable to take care of himself and has been in care for 9 months.

This company?!?!
Is it a company, I have no idea!!!
But they send relentless emails that you can not respond to.
I rang multiple times to be told I didn’t pass security as incorrect postcode when I had given my x2 postcodes within the last 5 years.
Emails continued despite trying to grieve for 3 family members in 7 months to then finally get through yesterday to be told yet again I’d failed the postcode security. He then said I need the postcode from Heaton Lane 😳
An address I’d never heard of, let alone lived.
Asked for a manager to contact me for him to respond ‘I will take your email off the system’
What the hell even is this company, need retraining as appears this is ‘the norm’ for them 😡

4 times I have called.and no answer 2…

4 times I have called.and no answer 2 bob company.got to login to there portal.something I will not be doing. 3 minutes wait time my arse. I don't have time to wait 40 minutes and the get cut of. And again no one answered. Today at 12.35 no one answered. Call any time between 9am and 6pm.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

Contact you through phone calls with a service that doesn’t work. Call back and sit on hold for 20 minutes only to be hung up on as soon as the call connects. Try to do it through text message service and they just stop replying. Harassment at its finest. Awful company

Had an email after clearing this payment about this payment at first I didn’t know whether it was a scam or not. Called the number through their email and when they answered there was a fuzz on the phone for about 10 secs before I hung up thinking how Werid must be a scam. Called them up through their number online and the customer service through the phone not good.. could hardly hear the person talking to me I asked them to speak louder very hard to communicate with a lot of background noise. Wasn’t listening to what I was really saying as I was trying to explain that a payment had been covered then was put on hold for quite a long time. Still was unsure if this whole thing was a scam or not as was giving very werid vibes.

Shocking company

Shocking company. Every time I call the number I’m sat on hold for an hour sometimes longer. Direct debit payments go missing. Raised a complaint over a month ago and heard nothing back. Absolutely awful

pastdue got it wrong

It took 28 mins and 14 seconds for someone with very poor English to answer the phone,I gave up and reverted to the "chat" to be told my case was closed.
NO apology (even though I paid some time ago) so this seems to be that people do not communicate and is typical of pressure being applied incorrectly. One star is the least you can give and should be changed to a minus. It's enlightening to see how many one stars this company has, time to look what needs amending.

I did received a letter from them…

I did received a letter from them regarding Dvla penalty except I corrected Tax that very moment after the final reminder from DVLA so car was never without the tax and I never did receive any penalty letter from DVLA regarding the matter so is end of May now. Car has been tax since I bought it, no penalty charge from DVLA regarding it. So once more out of the blue those f.... turn up sending either emails or now the letter home. I call dvla and asked to be call back to clarify.

I was in intensive care, still pestered!

I was in intensive care, with a 50/50 survival rate and even though my partner told them I was otherwise occupied i.e. NEARLY DYING, they added charges and still kept pestering my phone and email. Absolutely disgraceful.

* FURTHER ADDITION *

Please use the email address (and don't call) that you have on file. I currently have a hoarse voice due to being intubated in ICU.

Have been receiving constant text…

Have been receiving constant text messages from them chasing a debt. The name on the text is a different person and I have no debt.

I've tried to call them twice to tell them it's not me only to wait on the phones for 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer before giving up.

worst unreliable company ever

worst company ever
welsh never answer phones and when they do u can hardly understand their accent.
constant emails letters calls and never respond to calls.. literally 50 mins on hold no one answered. opening two accounts for me. money payed to hmrc app didn’t reflect and is lost between hmrc n them and each advising to call the other. im losing my mind. they should pay a compensation for the destress they are causing. complains has been raised never received a response!! moreover their agents work from home and busy talking to their kids.

Absolute sham of a company

Absolute sham of a company - wouldnt send an actual invoice as it was against GDPR! Impossible to deal with them, phone not answered, help email a bot, couldnt find us on the system when trying to log in and the live chat wont speak to anyone who cannot verify they are part of the company. They should be struck off by FCA

if minus zero stars were possible, I’d give them!
Extremely poor and distressing experience. Despite a tax bill being paid in full by the January deadline, this organisation is still harassing my 90‑year‑old, vulnerable and blind mother in April over a debt that never existed.
I paid the bill on her behalf directly to HMRC by their due date, yet no proper checks were made before contacting a vulnerable elderly person. I have tried repeatedly to resolve this — phone calls were dismissed, and three formal complaint emails were sent with no acknowledgement or response whatsover.
The complete lack of accountability, refusal to engage, and failure to recognise vulnerability is unacceptable. Causing this level of stress to a blind nonagenarian due to their own administrative failure shows a shocking lack of competence and basic standards. They need reporting to the FCA

Incorrect Information

My student loan arrears were transferred to this company in February. I set up a payment plan and began making payments of 360-400 GBP monthly. Yet, my "balance" with them has continued to increase. They claim it is on behalf of Student Loans Company. SLC deny completely that they have added any increases or additional charges. The increase is HIGHER than what I have actually paid back - an increase of 1528 GBP over a 3 month period.

Increases that they seemingly are confused by are blaming SLC, claiming that SLC are lying and deceiving me. SLC claim that they have nothing to do with this and PDC are the ones making the additional increases and charges.

Since setting up a payment plan and making regular monthly payments, my account balance has continued to increase instead of decreasing.

There has been a lack of investigation, poor communication, and repeated failure to respond to complaints or provide clear explanations for the charges applied.

I have raised these issues multiple times but have been ignored or not given any substantive response. I am now escalating the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Chasing an outstanding balance from HMRC. Which was paid months ago ! Absolute bunch of scammers. I just cannot understand why HMRC have anything to do with them.

Dreadful company

Dreadful company. Have tried at least 6 separate times to let them know that a balance they are chasing from HMRC is wrong. Yet, they never respond and continue to chase for balances that simply do not exist.

This is harassment and I will not tolerate it any longer. Any more of this and I will report this dreadful company to the FCA. Completely dreadful company to try to deal with.

They don't even respond to complaints which is a legal requirement under FCA practices.

Truly shocking!
