Ordered a patio chair April 12th and still no news on July 8th 2021. Can't reach anyone by email, phone. I requested a refund

I ordered a patio umbrella April 21st if 2021. I got a confirmation of my order by email. But then never heard from them. So I called after 3 weeks and after 7 weeks - each time they said I should get it in 2 more weeks. After 10 weeks I’ve called 8 times - never get to talk to anyone. I e-mailed my complaint and the message came back undeliverable. Don’t buy from this company.

Canceled order and the company refuses to provide refund. Promised within 3-5 business days. Will not respond to follow up communications. Don't trust them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. It is a scam. I placed an order & literally cancelled in within an hour. I received confirmation from the rep it was cancelled & would be credited back in the next 2-3 days. 3 Weeks went by, I checked my statement & the funds still were not in there. I reached out again & the rep said he needed to follow up and would get back to me.. he never did. I called again and spoke to another lady & she confirmed it was sitting with her "supervisor".. and that he would do it that day (A MONTH LATER) & he would call me to confirm. I never received a call, I called again the next day & the rep said the supervisor said he had refunded the money the day prior (A MONTH AFTER THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED). I asked to speak to the supervisor and he was "busy" yet again. This company is definitely running a very very shady business. DO NOT BUY - go somewhere else like Wayfair or Home Depot.

It’s been almost a month and I still haven’t received my umbrella. I’ve called customer service once, but no otherwise no communications from your company. Hard to know at this point if I’ll ever get the umbrella.

I was just going through old emails and discovered that I had been remiss in reviewing Patio Depot (not The Patio Depot). We ordered two patio chairs July 29th, 2020. Without question, this was the worst experience in my 67 years on this planet. Communication was terrible and when I did get through it seemed like I was talking to zombies. Eventually we ended up talking to the manufacturer, Telescope Furniture. We were extremely satisfied with how they handled the problem. By the way, Telescope products are a very nice, high quality product but buy them somewhere else. If you're smart you'll heed the reviews. Good luck.

Ordered it and received no notification about shipping. Called after two weeks and was told someone would call me back with update. Never got the call, so followed up the next day. Then, they tell me that the manufacturer has discontinued it and they will refund my money. Thanks for nothing.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
This company will NOT inform you if your order is delayed and if you have the "pleasure" to speak to David the manager, brace yourself for the most obnoxious, rude and disrespectful call of your life. He has no customer service abilities, he speaks over the client, will not listen and will do absolutely NOTHING to help the situation. STAY AWAY, life is too short to deal with people like this.

I place an order. After I paid for the item, I got nothing to prove my transaction in return. No receipt, no tracking number, not even a f#@k you! I paid with a Visa card, so I didn't worry too much about it. After 2 weeks of calling and getting an answering machine, I tried the chat feature on the website. That was useless. The chatbot just kept requesting contact info but, I got no calls or email. Finally, I filed a dispute via Visa and, after a few days, I got a refund. Patio Depot is a total scam! STAY AWAY!

I don’t have my order so my feedback is on the incorrect delivery date posted on your site. I ordered expecting for things to be delivered in 2 weeks due to processing and shipping. I was called Sunday night informing me that my order is out of stock and the next shipment isn’t expected until late May nearly 2 months later than I expected. I have a family event on June 11th and now I’m worried it won’t get here in time.

Ordered 3/15/2021 and a week later the order still hasn't been shipped. Took my money and never sent a confirmation or anything. NOT HAPPY AND WILL REPORT THIS.

I wish Patio Depot had sent an email confirming my order - I had to call to check on the status. Also, it has been 8 days and my order is still "processing" - that's fine but I'd like to be kept informed.

I tried to order from here. At checkout I kept getting an error message. I could not get the checkout to work. i emailed twice, and i tried live chat. no one responds to either. so i bought from betterpatio.com and they were great

I never received the furniture!
Never even got an approximate delivery date.
And you are now asking me to review my purchasing experience??

I haven't received any update on my order from 7 days ago. Improved communication is appreciated.

Horrible company so far! Non existent customer service! I don’t think they are even legit! Do not purchase from this website! Buyer beware!

I have been calling, emailing and texting for the last 4 weeks to get an update on my order. I think this company is phony and I am out over $600
