Went to moss bros they told me that it was impossible for me to get a suit for Sunday came to Paul Andrew’s and Malik sorted me out within half an hour.

Couldn’t recommend enough

Lovely suits, great quality. Unfortunately the returns process is lengthy and outdated including filling out paperwork with additional duplication on email and back and forth correspondence to simply obtain the returns label. Really unnecessary - needs a technical overhaul to streamline the service and bring the company up to date with other competitors like Marc Darcy.

Ordered a suit for a wedding, was delivered on time was fantastic quality unfortunately the jacket didn't fit was returned fir refund which was seamless brilliant service and top quality suit 👏

Great service and stunning suit. We ordered a 3 piece suit but the jacket and waistcoat was too small (our fault not theirs) I contacted customer services and was able to exchange free of charge including returning the items. The whole process was easy and stress free with the new items arriving quickly and efficiently.

I booked an appointment to try on suits at their warehouse. They were very flexible and had large changing room and showroom for all the different suits. They were also very flexible on mixing styles and sizes, and suits are made of a good quality fabric. Overall very happy.

Incredible quality suit, was 1 size too small, the exchange process was easy and customer service is excellent. My new suit was with me a few days after i returned the too small one.

Update from my original review posted on 31st July 2025. As previously stated we returned original suit as it was one size too small for my husband. No problem with return and larger size arrived as promised. Kept in touch by customer service department and FedEx. Have ordered matching tie accessory which is arriving tomorrow. Excellent company to deal with and look forward to buying from them again
