Had to return sandals and it was so…
Had to return sandals and it was so easy!
Went to local shop, they had to return them as they don’t stock Ugg brand in this store.
Girl was so helpful and explained everything in detail and I had my refund in my account asap.

Quick delivery. Easy website to navigate. Clear instructions if a return was needed which it wasn’t, bought shoes for my nana who had previously seen the shoes in a different shop but didn’t have her size the g comfort and wide fitting is hard to come across but Paul Byron have a fantastic selection I will definitely be ordering from here again.
