Pavers Avis 

Ordered a pair of shoes online on 19th June to be collected at my local outlet. On 22nd I received an email to say they had been despatched. Where to I do not know. I emailed.yesterday to enquire what was happening and I was told my case would be escalated and I would have a reply within 24 hours. You guessed it nothing. I have never had a problem with Pavers in the past but this fiasco has put me off placing any further online orders. I am at a.loss what to do next as I believe the phone service is pretty dire.

Pavers - McArthur Glen Mansfield - Michael and Michelle in the store were fabulous. Assisted my elderly mother in law to get some shoes that were just perfect. Fabulous selection with various widths available. Despite being very busy store at the time they assisted in ensuring that the shoes were right and a successful purchase made. Your kindness was appreciated. Keep being fabulous.

They made a mistake selling me the wrong insole (it was for men and not cheap at all), when I came back the day after - as soon as I could because that evening was already closed, they didn't event try to listen to me, all that I got from a seller who talked to the manager was a NO, not refunds or exchange; I saw how she reacted and didn't give a S*--- about my problem. Very disappointed, they have lost a customer in Killarney.

Have recently purchased two pairs of sketchers slip ins online from pavers, delivery, and the shoes themselves no problem, but the boxes that they were delivered in were a mess both have had to be thrown, my guess is the boxes were damaged when dispatched and not in transit have received similar from other retailers and the boxes have been intact, should do better.

Fast delivery shoes perfect fit at a great price

I have ordered online twice and it was very stressful.
The first order was for 4 pairs of sandals totalling £60
I was informed 2 were out of stock so they owed me £25 which I had to wait for
Then 4 days later I ordered 2 pairs of sandals and was almost immediately told one was out of stock. So they owed me another £25. I phoned up to cancel the other pair as I didn’t want to pay postage for just one pair. The member of staff was great and it was done immediately
If the website had live ordering they would not have had to tie my money up.
I took one pair to return to MacArthur Glen and they were great too
I emailed a complaint over a week ago and have not had an acknowledgment or answer
I will NEVER order online again

Bought 3 pairs of sandals online, delivered in time BUT ONLY 2 pairs!!! Sent emails, called, no answer !!!
After 5 days I received the last pair.
It would be great to get email about shortages in warehouse. It would save me from dissapointment and company from negativne review...

I required a pair of trainers with an arch support. The pair I ordered stated that they had an arch support unfortunately when I received them it was non existent. This meant that I had to buy an innersole to place in to the trainers. It defeats the purpose of buying footwear with arch supports

Product arrived quickly and as advertised

Only two members of staff, but they were working hard to make sure every potential customer was being attended. Full of advice and due to their vigilance and attention finding sizes sold a pair of Skechers to both myself and brother.

I ordered online to pick up from Dobbies at Barlborough. Easy to order. Lovely comfortable pair of sandals. Belmetin43018 black leather sandals. Glad I purchased

My wife and I went to Pavers shoe shop in Yeovil and Elaine was very helpful kind showed me many colours and a size on a vast range of shoes and was making sure I had the right size and colour she was very patient at all times then my wife received the same treatment and bought 2 pairs Elaine was so friendly my wife gave her a hug before leaving

Recently purchased sandals but decided I didn’t like them when I got them home. I was able to replace them at the shop with no trouble and very efficient customer service.

in recent years i have bought pavers shoes ,i have at present 5 pairs i still use,as your store left mahon point cork ireland.yrs back now i have purchased numerous pairs online.at least 2 pairs did not arrive as i ordered, this is very frustrating and annoying, as i just could not be bothered returning,its not feaseable.you asked?

My wife was absolutely thrilled with recent purchase of your shoes . Size perfect very comfortable shoe and when she steps out in them, they’re much admired, especially for the color combination.
