Good customer relations
I had an unfortunate experience with delivery but it has now been resolved amicably. The best way to contact the company is via the email received to confirm the order or sending a whatsapp message using the number published on the website. Clicking the refund button on the site goes to their Instagram site and you have the option for sending message or calling but that did not work for me. I got a relatively prompt reply after using Whatsapp and I had an amicable chat with a person on the other side. Good customer relations.
