Staff are so polite and helpful. I have dealt with Rose for a number of years and she always delivers. Their rebate program is amazing and especially great for Canadians as it help offset some of the exchange costs.

We have used Pavlus and Victoria Hill for booking our Viking cruises over the last 8-9 years and have exceptional service from them. No matter who we have dealt with whether it was Victoria or the Air department, we have always have courteous, respectful and honest conversations. Quick response time matters to me. Competitive pricing as well. On our most recent voyage that finished November 23, 2024, because of our last minute booking, we did not get the best times for our excursions. Not the fault of Pavlus but given my conversations with others on the ship, an upgrade would have been in order. Would I book with Pavlus again— sure because everything else was ok
