Pavlus Travel Avis 

We had some serious issues at the start of our five month Regent World Cruise in January, which we had booked through Annette at Pavlus. The issues were so bad that I was ready to get off the ship at the first available port. I emailed Annette with a detailed description of all the problems we were having, and she immediately forwarded the email to her president, who obviously got it to someone at Regent who could do something, because things started improving almost immediately. If we hadn’t had Annette’s, and Pavlus’ intervention, I honestly don’t know what we would have done. It literally saved the once in a lifetime cruise for us. The customer service at Pavlus is excellent, and I highly recommend them.

Our travel advisor, Taylor, is very reliable and attentive assisting us in planning, changing or managing our travel. We can always get a prompt call back and she is so knowledgeable of our options and suggestions to make travel positive.

The hotels were first class, the food was wonderful and very diverse. Everything was planned out and the only thing we had to do was pack our bags!! The tours and locations were great . Our leader has been a tour director for 27 years and she made the tour. She was very knowledgeable and informative and humorous as well. Gina Pillsbury made it a family feeling that actually made it hard to say goodbye!! Can’t imagine using any other tour company, we have been spoiled!!! Thank you.

I have used Pavlus for many years. I began because of their. Rebate policy but through the years they have helped me with many issues and questions that often crop up.

We find Pavlus to be very responsive and great at communcating. They handle all of the ordinary details, relieving us to concentrate on our own details. With the perks they provide we honestly don't understand why a traveler would not make use of their services.
