Delivery prompt, great product, exactly what I expected, hughy is a 56kg bull arab, who at only 2yrs and 6 months old has been diagnosed with early arthritis, and a small spur on his spine, he’s a bit confused as he likes to floof up his soft bed, but loves to stretch out fully on his new big bed 💜

The dog bed seems to be very well made and good quality. I like the idea of the washable cover. Our puppy is an 11 month old toy poodle and the x-small dog bed is a good size for her. The bed also fits perfectly into the small size crate from Petbarn or she can use it out of the crate on its own. Our dog usually prefers beds with a bit of a side on them as they seem to make her feel secure but it is so hard to find one with sides of this quality and that has a washable cover so I wish Pawpedics made one with sides. The click and collect service was good and staff were very helpful but I did have a little trouble finding the factory entrance because I couldn't see the signage for the business.

Really happy with this product, really firm and supportive for my older dog. Got the large which is plenty big enough for him (golden retriever X) as well as two cats who like to share!

The order was quick to process had a big selection of products. My dog loves her new bed. Aramex courier was a bit slow to get the product to me.

Amazing quality beds and excellent customer service. Nothing like them on the market & at the fantastic price. I searched for 2 days online & visited a number of pet stores. None of them held up to the quality of these beds. My dog has arthritis and was limping every time she got off her old bed. After a few days of using her new bed, her limp has completely gone. I only wish every vet knew about this product so they could recommend them to everyone.

I have another good quality (more expensive) dog bed, but my 16 yo arthritic golden retriever quickly adopted his pawpedic as his favourite. The dark grey is a great choice to hide the dirt for dogs that spend time outside. The foam is obviously really good quality. Have been recommending this brand to other dog owners. Currently my golden retriever and German shorthaired pointer are both comfortably on it - the large is much more generous in sizing than other brands.

Richard was very knowledgeable and great to deal with. The bed arrived quickly, looks nice, appears to be very good quality and is supportive, hence the firm feel to them.

Ordered a medium bed for my elderly cattle dog Sid who has mild arthritis. He sleeps very soundly on his bed. No more wriggling around by him through the night trying to get comfortable. As a bonus he’s no longer snoring! Live in a regional area and the bed arrived in three business days.

I was honestly thinking it would take 7 to 14 days as indicated on your website for shipping to New Zealand, but it arrived in under 7 days. Your Partnership with Australian Post is second to none with a step by step indication as to where the parcel was.

Our 11 yr old pug was getting a bit lumpy due to its weight and age. We had to stop taking him outdoors which was very depressing so we looked at getting one of these beds. The medium bed was a little big but that’s ok.Very happy with online ordering and delivery.

This is my second Pawpedics premium all seasons mattress for the second pooch. Very prompt delivery and I really appreciate the pay-in-four option.

My old dog has hypertrophic osteodystrophy so she spends most of her day lying down, and she absolutely loves this bed. I got the XL even though she's not a giant dog because she's always readjusted a lot on all the beds she's had before, but where she lays down on this one is where she stays! Still glad I spent a bit more to get the XL because there's room for me to sit down with her :)

Excellent service. Lots of useful information on the site to help choose the right bed. The order was dealt with quickly and dispatched within a day. It arrived in a few days and was very well packed and protected. Superb bed, well made and reasonably priced. Some might think these beds expensive but they are worth every penny when you see your pet suffering less. My German Shepherd has quite bad arthritis but I notice that with the firmness and support of the memory foam it's less of a struggle for her to get up in the morning now so I think the bed definitely helps to ease the pressure on her joints. Thanks Pawpedics for a great product!
