Écrit par l'entreprise
Pawtato dog chews are the plant-based, healthy, low-fat alternative to traditional factory by-product chews. Formulated with sweet potato, our vegan dog treats are suitable for small, medium and large dogs. Our dog chews are ideal for dogs with a sensitive stomach. They are free from meat, wheat, dairy, eggs, artificial colour and flavours. No hide from any animal, a great rawhide alternative for those with a sensitive stomach looking for a hypoallergenic dog chew without wheat gluten. Vegetarian and vegan society approved, our range of treats are free from GM ingredients and offer grain-free options too. Ethical products from an award winning vegan-owned business in the UK.

Misleading
Posted an offer which was misleading. They said the product was half price, so I ordered 8. After the transaction was finished I was charged full price for 5 of the items, only 3 were half price.

Good Afternoon Peter,
Thank you for your feedback. As discussed in our email correspondence, in our marketing email we outlined that the offer was limited to 3 bags. Which you felt wasn't clear. We have taken on that feedback and will apply that to future offers.
We also offered you a refund on the items purchased at full price as the order had not yet been dispatched, but you declined.
Products good prices
Products good prices
However when I first tried to order the website was not working via PayPal.
I then tried to phone using number on website but was told that number did not exist. Also no reply to email queries
Did manage to order 2 days later when website was working.
Pleased with products

Hi Graham,
Thank you for your feedback! I am sorry that there was an issue with our website.
There was a problem with our contact form we were not aware of. We are now answering a back catalogue of emails which probably includes your enquiry.
I will pass on all your comments and see where our customer service can improve.
