A certain South American river was on a repeat order but as per usual they messed things up. Then, I had an idea and was surprised to find that PAWTATO were not only a U.K. company they offered free next day delivery - now PAWTATO direct are my go to PAWTATO supplier. Totally hassle free and supporting a U.K. company, what a wonderful feeling.

Happy dog, and happy owner
My dog loves these treats but I've only found them in one shop locally and can't always get there. So pleased to find the website, and impressed with the super quick dispatch and delivery - they arrived in less than 24 hours! Made both me and my dog very happy indeed.

Worth waiting for!
Great products & good customer service!
My delivery was shipped the day after placing the order but a week later it hadn't arrived.
Customer Services were apologetic and reassuring, saying that they had been experiencing delayed deliveries with Royal Mail but the order should arrive in the next 2-3 days, which it did :-)

A godsend for our IBD sufferer
Our dog has IBD and struggles with any type of protein. These don't upset her, which for a dog who always had a chew before this autoimmune disease kicked in, is a godsend

Superb treats
First made contact asking for suitability as treats for dogs with CKD. Great response - even provided analytical data...and suitable! Also, dog enjoys them, with plenty to chew on, as well as being plant based!
Most commercial treats are totally unsuitable, but the labels don't provide the relevant analytical information needed to know (Phosphorus content particularly).

Great delivery. My dogs really love these. I gave one to a friend's dog and she loved it too. They last a good while.
