I have used many payroll apps, and this one is by far the most useful and easy to use, and that is not the only use. This app has made my life easier and saves a ton of time. I highly recommend using this app.

I have 1 - 2 employees, it's a great alternative to Quickbooks in the sense that it's$11/mnth vs. $100/mnth, so great savings. This is my first year using Paycub, simple to use although as far as I can see it can't generate a Record of Employment, it still can generate all the information needed to fill one out on Canada Revenue's website, which, that's a better way to go anyway! Keep up the good work guys! Looking forward to working with you in 2026.

I have been using Paycub for a couple of years for my small business. The system is easy to use and I can do payroll and generate paystubs in under ten minutes for my seven employees. They are responsive to support calls, and I have only had to call support once. There is flexibility in how to set up the payroll fields. The price is attractive (I looked at a number of options and Paycub was the most reasonable). Since starting Paycub, my employees have not mentioned paystubs a single time (so must be working from their perspective).
