I'm extremely disappointed with how PayJustNow handled my case. Instead of helping protect a customer from a merchant that appears to have failed to deliver, they distanced themselves from the issue and placed the entire responsibility on me.

I logged an enquiry after a merchant failed to deliver my order and stopped responding to my messages. I asked PayJustNow to assist by investigating the matter and preventing any further payments while the dispute was being resolved. Instead, I was told they would not get involved, that I remain liable for the outstanding instalments, and that I should deal directly with the merchant.

As a payment provider that partners with merchants, I expected a more proactive approach when a customer raises concerns about a potentially fraudulent transaction. This experience has left me feeling unsupported and has significantly reduced my confidence in using PayJustNow in the future.

THEY ALLOW SCAMMERS TO SELL FAKES ON THEIR PLATFORM.
They are so desperate for business they allow scammers to sell fake stuff using their platform and when you get sold fake stuff or scammed, they do NOTHING to help you resolve the issue. PayJustNow is as bad as the scammers they allow on their platform.

They must be a scam. Dont answer any e mails

I am extremely disappointed with PAY JUST NOW and feel that consumers need to be warned.

This platform allows customers to split purchases into three equal, interest-free installments, which creates the impression that it is a safe and trustworthy payment partner. However, many of the shops listed on their platform appear to be unreliable, with some taking customers’ money and never delivering the purchased products.

The most concerning issue is that when consumers report non-delivery or possible scams, PJN refuses to take meaningful responsibility. Their response is simply that the transaction is “between the consumer and the merchant,” and that their role is only to continue collecting installment payments — regardless of whether the customer has actually received the goods.

This raises a serious question: why are such merchants allowed on their platform in the first place? PJN chooses to partner with these stores and facilitates payment collection, then they should also have a duty to vet merchants properly and protect consumers from fraudulent sellers.

It is unacceptable for a payment platform to continue debiting customers for products that were never delivered while distancing itself from accountability.

I strongly urge this company to improve merchant screening, investigate complaints thoroughly, and suspend payments where there is evidence of non-delivery or suspected fraud.

Consumers should be extremely cautious before using this service.

This my second time writing a review about these people, last week they asked me to send my proof of account so that they can refund my money from their wallet that doesn't refund to tymebank back to my account and I did that, they didn't even bother sending the EFT as an immediate payment to date am still waiting for my refund. The funds have not reflected in my account.

There's no professionalism or communication, this company doesn't care about its customers.

Payjustnow has absolutely terrible service. First I buy something at crocs, and instead of deducting the installment amount from my account, they deduct the full amount. So I returned my item and requested for a full refund. 2 days later I receive the refund back to my wallet, and I request for it to be refunded back to my bank account. They said it will take 3 business days to reflect in my account, it's been 5 business days and I haven't received anything yet. I have tried phoning them, WhatsApping them, emailing them, chatting to them, sent them a message on Facebook, I get no response from neither of these platforms. When will I get my refund and how can I get hold of this company????
