Main thing for me-being able to ring and speak to someone in person with my queries or concerns. I’m probably a bit ‘old school’ but being able to receive verbal communication, support and reassurance to the outcomes I required was at once incredibly important through what could have been challenging times (guarantee of delivery due to fuel crisis/couriers etc the most prescient worry at the time). Jazz and Tiana could not have been more pleasant, helpful and effective in my dealings with them. Thank you guys-you have made Payless Promotions an easy recommendation in the future.
