They tried to steal $100,000 from my business.
I'm a founder of a U.S.-based film production company. I used this platform to send a legitimate business payment — $100,000 — to a trusted partner we’ve been working with for years. The transaction was fully documented, backed by contracts, invoices, and a clear business relationship.
What happened next was shocking.
They froze my account, accused me of fraud without cause, and treated me with total disrespect — including direct personal insults in chat. Instead of asking questions or reviewing documents like any normal platform would, they locked me out and claimed they wouldn’t return the money.
$100,000. Just like that.
This isn’t just unprofessional. It’s criminal behavior.
I have since initiated a chargeback through my bank, and I’m in the process of reporting them to relevant authorities, financial partners (including Stripe), and online communities.
If you’re running a real business, stay far away. This platform is dangerous, dishonest, and absolutely not ready for handling real money. I’ll be making sure every film production company I know hears this story.
