I had a contract with another electricity company—one that had signed me up for a three-year term without my knowledge—when I met Mr. Berkay. He was incredibly helpful in getting me out of that agreement and terminating the contract with the previous provider. I then signed a contract with him; the process was transparent and honest, and he was truly excellent and supportive. I would like to thank him again.
