Bought a 12TB Seawolf drive via their…
Bought a 12TB Seawolf drive via their amazon shop, first delayed the order for days then having delayed it with zero comms cancelled the order.... Avoid these people they don't do communication and I now have to find another so a complete waste of time aside from the fact I was ordering it as we had a defective drive that's risking our NAS so time is of the essence.

I'm very satisfied with the service I received. I bought some IronWolf 10TB drives for my new NAS and found them £50 cheaper than on Amazon, plus they arrived free the next day—even though the estimated delivery was 2–3 working days. The packaging was extremely safe and secure, which is crucial for delicate products like hard drives. The drives are running flawlessly in my NAS. I highly recommend this company and plan to shop with them again.

Excellent service and communication
I bought a kit of RAM but unfortunately one piece was defective. I contacted support and after a quick conversation to ascertain the problem I was offered several options to resolve the issue: refund or upgrade for small additional cost which I chose to do. Seller was straightforwards and communicated quickly throughout the process, and the replacement was received quickly. Can't ask for more and would recommend PC Boost
