No response to emails for cancellation
Placed an order for a hard drive at 16.19 on 6th July 2026. A short while later I relaised that the drive I was looking to replace was not faulty so I emailed pcnova to cancel the order at 17.19 on the same day.
I didn't get any reply or acknowledgement depiste their '24/7 online support'.
Although order was placed with PCNova I received an inovice from them and a payment receipt from Gamerigz. I emailed both companies on their respective email addresses on 9th July about the cancellation of my order, but still no reply.
I called the number provided on the inovice but it is not working. I tried the customer service links on my emails but they are not active.
Worst possible after sales service as a result of the experience I have had. Luckily I paid by credit card so will have some recompense if they don't cancel the order which has been charged to my card.
If I still receive the order I will send it back but you need an RMA and their website form and emails are not being replied to so not sure what the outcome will be, as the address given on their website is stated as not for returns!!!
Just be very cautious if spending money with this company.
