Boot problem, card failure,
The computer did not boot. I resolved that issue then a few weeks later the graphics card failed. The response was excellent. He sent me a new card now the computer is powered but windows does not boot. Also it is set up in an RAID configuration that I did not ask for nor do I want I called them and was told that they had no way to control that. So I do not know how RAID got installed on my computer. Overall, I am satisfied with their customer service and very dissatisfied with their product.

I ordered a second Dell 3420 workstation as a backup system, and it came properly, worked fine right out of the box. Later, I realized that it didn't have a DVD-ROM drive with it, and called and asked if one was available. They said, sure, $24, shipped right out with correct install bracket. I was very happy with the whole experience.

The server I bought arrived in pristine condition, exterior and interior. The configuration was a bit shaky but after one or two calls, the guys at PCSP were able to send a replacement part and it worked just fine. They have a large selection of pre-owned high quality servers, it's to be trusted.

PCSP gets the order correct (the first time).
PCSP shipped our order across the country via freight. Every device arrived in excellent condition because it was so carefully packed. The workstations we ordered, arrived on time and in the expected configurations (no errors).

Everything we ordered was as expected
Everything we ordered was as expected. All the HP Workstations are performing great. The network cards were very affordable and work perfectly for what we needed. Will absolutely order from PCSP again!

Good mark down and good service
Awhile back I ordered a Z2 G5 HP workstation.The computer was a reasonable price and it came completely set up in terms of the wiring and application of the heat sink. All I had to do was drop in a GPU and install whatever Linux distro I was into at the time. It was also very well packed. When calling inquiring about some of the more granular specifications, they were able to answer all of my questions. Good experience.

Excellent to work with. Spoke to them over the phone with an R730xd custom build. Answered a bunch of questions I had. Built and shipped the system very quickly. Will be going back to them in the future.
