Insane business model. I’ve paid €0.10 to compress a pdf and now they’ve charged €49,90 on my creditcard for no service whatsoever. It’s a scam!

Ho convertito il 24 gennaio una foto in pdf mi è stato chiesto un pagamento di 0,10 centesimi quindi ho pagato ma in quel modo mi hanno fatto partire un abbonamento folle 49,90 ogni 15 giorni purtroppo me ne sono accorta al secondo addebito ed ho annullato tramite la mail che al secondo addebito hanno inviato...Ve la scrivo supportpdfdirect.co magari può tornare utile tra supporto e PDF va scritta la @. ..ma spero più che non ci caschiate...

It is a scam. Pdf condenser did not work. I was desperate so I paid the 10c it charged me twice then a week later billed me $50 no way to log in and unsubscribe or get full refund DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE THIS SITE, recurring £49 charge will come out of your account without notice every week. Luckily HSBC were bang on with noticing and I was able to cancel my card.

Sono dei ladri. Ho richiesto che mi rimandassero i miei soldi dato che non ho sottoscritto nessun abbonamento e mi scrivono che non effettueranno altri pagamenti. Posso sapere dove poterli contattare per ricevere i miei soldi?

I Needed a PDF Compression for my job application, since the company's website didn't take resumees with over 1Mb in size. Googled PDF File compression. sent my resumee. they charged me € 0.10 for the compression. it wasn't a lot, so i paid it. Hadn't subscribed to anything or bought anything on their website. Woke up this morning, - € 49.90 from my bank account. That's theft - straight out of the dictionary definition.

Money grabbing site!! Thieves!!!!

PDFdirect is a scam website, they'll ask for your upfront fee for the conversion, which I had paid, however 24 hours after the transaction they charged me for a subscription I hadn't consented to and to unsubscribe they sent me an IP grab link. Don't trust these guys and export your image based work through Photoshop or Photopea to avoid dealing with this

Paid for a pdf compression. Next day they tried to withdraw £49.90 TWICE!!! without authorisation.

Trying to take money every week 49.90£ now I completely emptied the account hsbc saying they can’t do anything.

Leider bin ich seit letztem Monat auch in die Falle getappt. Sie haben mir auch nach 24 Stunden 49,90€ abgezogen, obwohl nur von 0,10€ die Rede war und von keinem Abo, wodurch die weitere Summe abgezogen wird. Heute, einen Monat später, haben sie mir erneut 49,90€ abgezogen. Ich bin innerlich geplatzt und habe sie sofort mit lauter Mails konfrontiert (letzten Monat schrieb ich auch eine, aber keine Antwort) und man bekommt immer wieder dieselbe KI-generierte Mail auf Englisch zurück, dass man das Abo kündigen soll. Ich werde zur Bank gehen, sodass ich mein Geld zurückbekomme. Bloß die Finger weglassen!!!

I was trying to convert a PDF document, and found this website. However unfortunately the site didn't convert anything for free, and took my card details, and ever since has been trying to take out a subscription fee from me. Thankfully I bank with Monzo who successfully identified and blocked the payment. Ive emailed the support email address twice and had no response.

as others mentioned, it says free, then says it is 10 cents per page to compress. fine. Then the next day tried to charge me $70 australian dollars. Luckily my bank blocked it!

Fraud, trying to take money every few days

This company is a fraudulent company. It asked me for 10p for reducing size of my passport photo,I paid. But after 24 hours they took £49.90 , without my consent, without letting me know what it was for. Total and utter fraudsters.

Scammers.

Initially charged me 0.10c but like everyone else. I was charged $69aud 24 hours later. Scamming dogs! Avoid at all costs
