Hi Andrea,

Thank you for your review, and we are truly sorry to hear about your experience with both the redact tool and the checkout process. We completely understand your frustration, troubleshooting misaligned redactions and unexpected charges is definitely not the smooth experience we want you to have.

Regarding the redaction tool, our technical team is actively looking into the rendering issue to ensure blacked-out areas remain locked accurately in place upon export.

More importantly, regarding the checkout issue: if your card was declined, those multiple line items on your statement are likely pending authorization holds from your bank that should drop off automatically. However, we want to ensure you are not double-charged and help you get any active subscriptions canceled immediately.

Please contact our dedicated support team at support@pdfvault.ai with the email address linked to your account. We will prioritize your request to verify and issue full refunds for any duplicate or unwanted charges, as well as ensure your account and subscription are completely canceled with no further recurring charges.

We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right for you.
