I approached Chris and His Team (Georgie Elis & Jack ) Pre Christmas to market and sell my property.
I couldn’t have been easier.
I was given the solicitors name who would be dealing with the sale and from there it was plain sailing.
You can imagine the pressure every one was under but the team handle it All Professionally. Noting was too much.At all times they took on accountability and that was paramount, “The Perfect Team”.

I live abroad and Peach managed my property while I rented it out for 3 years. They were recommended to me by a friend who had sold her property with them. Chris and the team looking after my rental were great and always found me really good and professional tenants. I had no problems over that time and they kept me up to date with everything. They even have an accountant Loreta who was able to help advise with tax etc. I decided to sell with them and over the quarantine period it wasn’t easy and during some of that time the communication could have been better however they really did go the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly through the sale. Chris even helped me a couple of times going above his remit popping into the flat on a couple of occasions to help as I couldn’t do much being abroad! Would definitely recommend them.

Good service, very smooth lettings process

edit: I did receive a full apology from two members of staff although it did take being on hold for 30 minutes.

Entirely unenthused. We were not told that a property we were meant to be viewing had in fact been let the day before. Was told a cock and bull story that the agent had intended to call us when previously I was told they had the incorrect details for me. The only way we found out the property was not available was by calling to check in with the company who failed to send any sort of confirmation of the viewing. When I stated that this was not on the person on the phone said ‘well now you know’ as if that is in any way appropriate when we were planning on travelling into London to view the property. Then the man on the phone hung up, cutting me off. Impossibly rude and unhelpful service. Just because a tenant is not looking at one of your more expensive properties does not mean they do not deserve to be treated with respect. I would NOT recommend this company and I will be placing this complaint on as many sites as I can find.
