Tushar Arora - Peak Flow Tribe Avis 

This week I completed some important critical tasks on time. Though I was busy still managed to eat good and mindfully and take rest. Though 2 days were emotionally heavy however I could manage my emotions and thought process. Knowing myself better by engaging in jounaling.

The biggest win for me is I have been able to be emotionally grounded and resilient when faced with pressure at work. The other important win for me is I have been keen observer of my mind recently and try to refrain from reacting immediately. When people discuss about other peoples, I try to tell them how we can help those peoples instead of participating in the blaming game.

There are multiple wins:
1. Started jogging along with my regular walks
2. Invested in a good pair of running shoes
3. Dodged a red flag prospect
4. Outsourced a premium graphic designer

I’ve attended many workshops before but I knew it the moment I attended his worskshop this is what i really want in my life right now and I immediately paid for it because he is extremely knowledgeable at a very young age and he is an amazing mentor who is doing this wonderful coaching from his heart. Im already feeling a lot better…thanks to his peakflow app modules. I’d recommend everyone to attend his worskshop and be part of this amazing journey and community so you can heal yourself and live with a purpose😊

There is something I am holding alot inside my heart from long time where I was unable to forget forgive and let go,and in today's session and meditation with Tushar I was able to,I am able to have more peace within me inside my heart now , Thank you God and thanks to Tushar and team
