Packaging and shipping
The product is very good very good quality but the shipping isn't so great i think that it needs to be shipped faster or change the shipping company when I got it was just sitting on my porch if it was summer time it would have melted either package it better or have it delivered in two days or so..

Very easy but thorough process
Very easy but thorough process. Would give 5 stars but the time from approved to arrival was longer than expected. Next time I will pay for overnight shipping. It’s understood that shipping isn’t completely controlled by Peaks.

Starting to think this site is a scam
Starting to think this site is a scam. Places an order October 31, 2025. Was told it would take a few days to process after submitting my questionnaire. Have not had any updates. Since then. Called and was reassured that it’s just processing and takes a “few days” for the first order. Will be disputing transaction with my credit card company for goods never received.

Poor service all around
There is little to no communication on where the order is in the process. It would limit customer service calls and improve customer service if an automated email fired off after each step. Order placed, order approved by Dr., order picked, order shipped (with tracking#).
If your system can not allow this, it should allow an email at time of shipping at the very least.
My order was placed on a Monday morning, with expedited service. I would expect that to mean filled and shipped within 2 days. It didn't ship for 7 days and I called on it 5 days after it was placed, and then chatted on the Tuesday it delivered.
I understand limits with ecom fulfillment, having been a shipping manager for two large ecom retailers and managing a large distribution/fulfillment center. A week to fulfill an order that the customer paid more for expedited service is not only ridiculous but should be unacceptable.
Interaction with customer service was ok but neither tried to resolve the problem. They simply stated the information that they had and apologized. Just poor service all around.

Customer Service and Product Quality
UPDATE: With my first couple experiences, the interfacing with the online Dr. and the prescription process were seamless and a great experience. The communication to notify where they were in the process prior to shipping out the product was excellent. The products did exactly as prescribed and was of great quality. Excellent customer experience and they have earned a long time customer because of it.
LATEST: WHAT HAPPENED?? Since posting the review above, I had gone back and ordered another product and unfortunetly have now had the opposite experience. It has now been almost a month, with no product sent, no communication with status. I did finally heard back after 3 emails. Which they said, it would be sent the following day. That has now been 4 days. No tracking or shipping communication. Sadly, what started as a great experience, my return business and my eagerness to tell others about my positive experience with this company, has been soured. There is plenty of other companies out there providing similar services.

Product was a disappointment
Product was a disappointment; did not notice any positive effects. Only a feeling of slight flushing in face. Tried product a couple of times, and did not have any effect on me. Product was delivered unexpectedly fast and was easy to order.
