9.13.25 update. Customer service is obviously a BOT as their response here on Trust pilot is literally the exact same response they sent me when I contacted the via their email address. I'd love to talk to someone live, but where is the phone number??
Hello Peaks, I reached out to your customer service and they are not able to issue a refund nor able to resend in proper temperature controlled packages. I will be working with my credit card company to get a refund
Beware of this place and their return policy.
I made separate purchases of PT-141 and Oxytocin. Both orders arrived at my home in Phoenix, Arizona with only a single freeze pack to keep them chilled during shipping. I took the deliveries in immediately when they arrived, but in both cases the ice packs were completely melted and the products were warm—over 90 degrees.
I used each product at separate times exactly as instructed and got absolutely no effects from either.
I emailed Peaks about the issue and expressed concern over potency. Their response was that the products undergo rigorous testing, do not degrade in transit, and were still safe and fully potent. When I requested a refund, I was told they do not issue refunds—period.
To compare, I later purchased the same types of products from another supplier. Those shipments arrived with multiple freeze packs, still cold on arrival—and guess what? They actually work.
Bottom line: Poor packaging, no results, and zero support from customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.

All of our products are tested by independent third-party laboratories for purity and potency. Stability data confirms they remain effective through normal shipping conditions, even if ice packs have melted. The included cold pack is an extra safeguard, not a requirement for product stability.
That said, we understand your frustration with the packaging and our refund policy. While the policy is clearly stated at checkout, we are actively reviewing improvements to both our shipping methods and customer support process, especially for warmer regions like Arizona.

I ordered the Oxytocin nasal spray and it did nothing for me. I was very disappointed after spending a relatively large amount of money.
