Promptly delivered.Suitcase set is as expected,as I had viewed in a store.However two of the inner two inner - the smallest case and backpack were bent and out of shape.I have decided to keep in the hope once not crammed in the shape will come back.I also sent an enquiry email with the order,which was never replied to.

Would shop here again!
Ordered two Thermos flasks that came well packed and in pristine condition. Delivery was slightly delayed, but the team were excellent in resolving the issue. Cannot fault the customer service.

Ordered a vtech laptop for my son
Ordered a vtech laptop for my son, this was supposed to be delivered by DPD, unfortunately DPD said parcel was delivered but it wasn't. I contacted Pearl and Bear via email, they responded quickly, opened an investigation within a day, had the outcome and resolution the day after that, they offered to refund or replace my item. I have received my refund within two days, as stressful as this situation was,these guys are quick, friendly and efficient. I hope to order again in the future
