I chose Pearsons Uppermill office for my Will and LPA. I was assigned Joanne who was most helpful and understanding. I found Jianne polite and
professional throughout and I have no hesitation in recommend Pearsons.

I was made redundant at an organization in the early half of the year. It was my first time going through a redundancy but I wanted a firm that knew what they were doing. The initial contact, compared to the lawyers recommended to me by my firm, was confident, quick but also reassuring. They got an idea of the situation and made contact with their specialist, Georgina, who saw me from the start to finish as we went through the redundancy process (which was actually pretty good because Georgina and I spotted something that was unexpected and was corrected before we signed the contract). Overall, I would recommend them to anyone going through redundancy and requires guidance in making sure it all goes through smoothly.

Keep trying to take my reviews down but i have 26 profiles so dont get me started pearsons!!!! Else i will post everywhere and take up all your time fighting them. My daughter and her partner are currently buying a house with no help whatsoever from Michelle Ong. Possibly the worst solicitor ive ever heard of. No communication at all, doesnt chase things in time making the process go on longer than it should. They are money grabbing, insensitive, unprofessional and in my opinion got the degrees from a grabbing machine. Ive never in my life seen such incompetence from a so called professional. Avoid at all costs else you could lose the house you are trying to buy plus extra expenses added to invoices that aren't needed

They did a protective Award case for me and my colleagues and we were updated all the way through and the team were very helpful. Very professional and secured the maximum amount for my case.

Having made back to back wills in 2001 we decided to update them and include Powers of Attorney. We were guided through the process by Sarah Finnigan at Pearsons Solicitors. We completely revised our wills based on Sarah's advise and as a result our assets are much better protected for our daughter 's benefit. What was initially a 30-mins free advice call, turned into Alan Lewis supporting me until the conclusion of my situation.
