They blatantly advertise a 30 day money back guarantee on their home page. There is no asterisk or “see further details”. My order took forever to ship so I asked to cancel - I bought something else in the mean time. They replied I could not cancel but I could return the product when it arrived. When it arrived I tried, several times, to return it within their 30 day window : oh yours was on sale (bundle discount), no refunds for you. Not a good business, misleading, and I would not recommend purchasing.

Complete waste of money, these nappies leak almost as much as normal underwear. Made the other and reduced the product a month later. They only approve returns of unopened items, then how you test them? Bad customer service. Avoid as their promises of money back etc are just lies.

A total sham. Yes, the items arrived. They are not leakproof as promised. And a quick search of Temu has exactly the same items being sold for 10% the price. They are totally just reselling at massive markup. Avoid at all costs.

Absolute scam company from China. Horrible cheap synthetic padded pants that are absolutely not leak proof in any way and really expensive.

They guarantee you "try risk free for 30 days" but when you email them to say they're rubbish and you want a refund, they say you can't be refunded as you've used them?! I asked their "customer service" how you're supposed to try them without opening them and I just got stuck in some weird circular conversation with AI/bot. Never got my question answered and they kept sending me their returns policy which kept saying "no refund on sale items" and then giving me advice on nighttime dryness for my son which was not only uninvited but also a load of bot rubbish. I gave up in the end as I was rapidly loosing brain cells trying to communicate with these thieving little scammers. Lesson learnt to never ever buy anything off of insta/FB again as these are just a Chinese company ripping people off. The whole shpeel about being a small company is rubbish, as is their leak proof claim, risk free refund, and basically everything else on their website. Avoid like the plague.

The money back guarantee is a sham and does not apply to sale or discounted items - but all items are discounted. They do not honor it. Do not buy.

You also believe you are buying from Australia, but the products come direct from China.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. So they finally arrived and they completely leak! They don’t hold any accidents AT ALL. Rubbish from a $2 shop.

Received the items and found them to have poor elastic on the legs. Tried to get my money back under their 30 day back policy and was told I couldn't because they were used. They were not used - they had simply been tried on for size. Would not recommend, would not repeat. It also took longer than a month for delivery.

Do not buy from this company. Poor quality items (if they even arrive). Ships from China and the "customer service" is solely AI. Don't waste your money!

Does not work and is not leak-proof! Their so called 'technology' is basically an extra expensive underwear added on. DO NOT BUY and I will be complaining to the ACCC if I do not get my refund.

Just wanted to share tip on how we got our refund. We threatened to report them to the ATO on grounds of counterfeit goods and absence of ABN. Try it. If they still don't issue refund. Report them to the ATO. There is something very dodgy about the fact that they refuse to give out their ABN, even when asked more than once.

False advertising,the trainer pants are useless and do not hold any moisture regardless of quantity. Do not buy this product. The company does not stand behind their return policy.

Absolute rubbish and won't refund. Claim to be Australian but delivery comes from China. Bogus fake reviews in their page. Should have googled reviews before purchasing. Legit just like wearing normal undies.

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I used these on my daughter during her nap time. She is NOT a heavy wetter, she went to the toilet before her nap, she only napped for an hour and she completely wet through these training pants.

The website and ads states a money back guarantee also claims to be leak proof. Couldn’t be further from the truth. When I emailed asking how I could return them, I was told they do not accept returns on used underwear. There are terms and conditions in small print linked at the bottom of the website.

Such a waste of money. Kmart training pants do a better job.

I have 5 pairs that are unused. These pants just don’t work. I bought the right size for my and her does not have a higher urine output (I was asked this) as I know this from the nappies she normally wears.
The pants look and feel cheap made and they don’t fit well so they leak from the sides.

I asked for extra pads for free but this was declined and I was also not able to get a refund as I now have spend a lot of money to purchase 5 pants as they are, according to their marketing videos and sites, also work well at night. Which they don’t and now I can’t use any of them. Terrible buy !

Do not purchase! These "leak proof overnight training pants" are not at all leak proof. They are day use only to ensure your little one feels any accidents.

They come from China, not Austalia. You can buy a very similar item from Kmart that does the same job (3 pack for $14NZD) if day time training pants what you are after.

Took nearly 4 weeks to arrive, with tracking number constantly changing- but no actual info on the where abouts of my parcel. The customer service team sends auto like replies spouting policy from the website. Including "no returns, cancellations or refunds."

I had my doubts as there seems to be no options around for reuseable, overnight, underwear (opposed to nappies) but was too hopeful for a product out there and didn't trust my gut instinct.

TERRIBLE company! such a scam. The nappy's are not leak proof (even for a tiny bit of wee). They just said to order the liners - NO CHANCE AM I SPENDING MORE MONEY. customer service is shocking and the 30 day moneyback guarantee is bull* because they dont except the only product they really sell which is the underwear. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont buy these chinese products. these are not australian made nor do they ship from australia - they ship directly from china!

Absolute scam, DO NOT PURCHASE. They are worse than ones from a dollar store. Not waterproof at all, they are sent in cheap plastic packaging from China, not AU as they appear. They refuse to refund or return even though they state a money back guarantee and a try risk free promise. To anyone that has purchased, please please request a chargeback via your CC company, once enough people do they will get shut down from processing payments.

Awful - do not buy!!! The nappy pants do nothing at all - might as well be wearing regular underwear. They also cannot be returned once used. This is a complete scam! The website says I can return the unused portion of my order but need to arrange my own shipping back to Australia and I suspect that I will get nothing back. I wish I had checked for reviews online before buying.
