Pellet Stove Parts 4 Less Avis 

I placed an order on Thursday, July 2nd and paid $55 for UPS Next Day Air. I needed the part for the 4th & 5th of July. (I got a free one sent by the manufacturer for faulty parts but they told me it wouldn't be here until the 8th hence I placed the order at Stove & Grill Parts 4 Less) I found the website by searching "Traeger grill parts that will deliver next day shipping". It is now July 6th and I still don't have the part.

I called to get a refund for part plus shipping because I don't have it; it didn't come when I needed it despite paying a lot of money to get it next day.

They refused. They said I can return the item and pay shipping on the return and they won't be refunding the next day air shipping price that didn't get here Next Day or the Next Day or the Next Day because they don't have a UPS contract that allows weekend shipping.

Jen said it says it on their website on the shipping page (which it does if you go searching for it) but people don't typically read an entire website for policies when they're ordering. I pointed that out and said there was no alert they don't ship on weekends, or links back to their shipping policies when you select Next Day Air. If they had this alert, link, or warning, I wouldn't have ordered in the first place.

When I ordered there wasn't even a notice about nothing being available on the 4th of July, though they have since added it now, on the 6th of July so there must have been a lot of complaints and they were covering their backs.

This all could have been resolved by having the proper links and warnings for such a big grilling weekend even when someone ordered 2 days in advance. There is no such warning when you go to pay for the item plus expensive shipping. They would even charge me less than original shipping amount being ordered on Monday the 6th vs. Thursday the 2nd.

I will donate the part as I don't think $55 shipping for a $35 part and more shipping on my dime to send it back warrants the effort. I will never order from this website again.

They are selling an on/off switch (model KCD3) for $15 plus $7 shipping. The exact same switch sells elsewhere at 8 switches for $8, shipping included.

I understand that businesses need to make a living, but that's called fleecing the customer.

When your business name is "parts 4 less", then you need to at least try to live up to your name.

They lost my business.

We ordered this part for my mom, an elderly woman with no other source of heat, and relied on the regular shipping option offered through Amazon, with a delivery date 10 days out. When the package arrived via USPS, it came with a label stating the box had been received open and empty—there was nothing inside.
I immediately called the company, sent the requested photos, and replied to their email stressing again that this was urgent because my 78‑year‑old mother had no heat. I received no response to that email—only a shipping notification the next day.
When I called to confirm the shipping method, I was told the replacement was being sent regular delivery again, meaning another ~10‑day wait. Their only “solution” was for me to:

Re‑order the part and pay for it a second time
Pay an additional $80 for overnight shipping
Wait until Monday for it to ship (this was on Friday)
Hope to receive it Tuesday or Wednesday

Then, once the originally replaced item finally arrived, I would have to request a return label, send it back, and wait for a refund. In other words, I’d be out nearly $300 until they decided to process the return.
If you want a company that cares about its customers or takes any responsibility for issues caused by shipping, communication failures, or their own processes—
THIS IS NOT THE ONE.

Ordered a control board. They didnt send any programming instructions like they were supposed to. Delayed me from having heat for 3+ weeks while they wouldn't replace the board. Alerts happening that weren't in manual or online. Pellet stove company said the new board needs programming (some stoves take different fuel) and the "parts company should have sent it to you".
Eric is an absolute waste of time and hopefully you won't have to deal with him.
Have bought regular parts from them but don't trust them with a control board.

I placed my order back in early October and they were pretty prompt to get everything shipped out. However the parts that I received were inferior and failed after only two nights of use. The bearings fell apart and the replacement auger was so poorly machined that the bearings didn't even properly fit on it to begin with. I'm throwing out this junk and it's a lesson learned but buyers beware that they are shipping inferior products to the OEM parts. Comfortbilt was able to get me the replacement parts for only slightly more and they are superior in every way and work flawlessly. I would not recommend doing business with this company based on the quality of the components I received.

Ordered part for Napoleon stove, listed as OEM but got 1pc (not pair) aftermarket. CS very responsive but told consumer responsible for return shipping & cost of original shipping. Paid $35 out of pocket and no product. Could have at least provided a return label due to their error in stated description in website.

Spoke with Eric at length. He did a masterful job of guidance from start to finish. My pellet stove is up and running

Ordered replacement parts for my pitboss pro 1100 on a Tuesday order was delivered on Thursday. Replacement parts are better quality than the originals. Great service and product. Highly recommend and will use in the future.

Consistently my go-to place for stove parts. Website is by far the best, giving confidence that I am ordering the right part for my stove. There are so many parts for so many stoves that without their website's guidance it would be a guessing game. Other vendors' sites seem to fall short. Also --- service after the sale is unbeatable. Twice I've had questions, and response has been technically accurate and quicker than expected.

Company website is easy to navigate. If you need help finding your parts, a popup chat is available. My order was confirmed immediately via email. A tracking number was sent within 24 hours; order was placed Monday. Order arrived Thursday of same week. There were daily updates on where my order was in the delivery process. My order was correct and quality packaging. Highly recommend this company.
