I ordered a M/L sofa dog bed which was…
I ordered a M/L sofa dog bed which was offered as buy one get one free. So my order says (1+1)x1. That is sort of confusing anyway, but the button I clicked on said buy one get one free. I paid $169 plus tax for two beds. I wait 3 weeks for them to arrive and what shows up is 1 dog bed marked M, which I suppose means medium. Well it’s barely a medium and my golden retriever can’t begin to fit in it. So I send an email to return the one bed and get a full refund. They don’t respond so I try calling twice. Both times I’m on hold for 5 minutes before the message says they can’t take my call now and to try back later or send an email.
Not worth the hassle! Don’t even bother. I will call my cc company to dispute the charge. And if it gets that far, I will file a formal complaint with the state agency that oversees fraudulent practices.

Wir haben mittlerweile insgesamt vier Pelsbarn Luxurious Car Beds gekauft (für unsere zwei Autos) und sind absolut begeistert!
Zuvor hatten wir für unsere beiden Dackel, Fiete und Lenny, eine klassische Hundebox, die wir extra mit einem weichen Schaffell ausgestattet hatten. Trotzdem haben sich die beiden darin beim Autofahren immer sichtlich unwohl gefühlt. Seit wir die Autositze von Pelsbarn haben, hat sich das komplett gewandelt: Die beiden fahren jetzt richtig gerne Auto, sind ruhig und total entspannt.
Das Beste ist aber, wie sehr die Hunde die Betten generell mögen: Wenn wir mal ohne die beiden wegfahren, hole ich die Car Beds regelmäßig aus dem Auto ins Haus. Fiete und Lenny lieben die Betten so sehr, dass sie sich drinnen sofort wieder einkuscheln – manchmal zusammen in ein einziges Bett, manchmal jeder gemütlich für sich. Sie lieben es einfach!
Ich kann das Pelsbarn Luxurious Car Bed wirklich jedem Hundebesitzer nur wärmstens ans Herz legen. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

Es freut uns riesig zu hören, dass ihr mittlerweile gleich mehrere unserer Autositze nutzt, und noch mehr, dass Fiete und Lenny sich damit so wohlfühlen 🐶🐶
Der Vergleich zur Hundebox ist besonders schön zu lesen. Genau das ist unser Ziel: dass sich Hunde sicher, geborgen und entspannt fühlen, auch unterwegs. Dass eure beiden jetzt gerne Auto fahren und so ruhig sind, ist wirklich das schönste Feedback für uns!
Und dass die Betten sogar mit ins Haus dürfen und dort genauso geliebt werden, ist echt großartig!

Wir sind einfach überglücklich über den Kauf von dem Mega Hammer Pelz ♥️ es gibt nichts schöneres als seinen Vierbeiner glücklich und zufrieden zu sehen. Betonen möchte ich auch gerne die Kompetenzen und den super Service von Pelsbarn, speziell Michelle und Paula die mir ein Video geschickt haben damit auch alles richtig im Auto installiert wird. Broke during installation
I received the order of the car bed quickly. When I went to install it, it immediately broke. The strap came right off. How is that safe if it breaks that easily? I emailed Pelsbarn and I am still waiting any response. Not impressed

This is the second review I am doing for Pelsbarn. Why ??? Because I want all dogs to share in this luxury!!! The wide election of product offerings and excellent price points make Pelsbarn my Gold Standard. The quality is flawless and all items are machine washable. Recently, I received their cooling blankets. Again- so pleased. They are my first and only choice for my forever best fur babies. Two Dobermans !!!! (They would be horrified if they knew I referred to them as a “fur babies”.)

Kwaliteit van het pakket viel tegen en…
Kwaliteit van het pakket viel tegen en ik wilde het retourneren omdat het niet er uit zag zoals in de fotos op de verkoopsite. Ze wilden eerst dat ik een foto zou maken met de hond om te zien of mijn klacht wel klopte. Vervolgens mocht ik hem retour sturen(na meerdere mails/berichten met mijn verzoek hoe te retourneren) maar krijg ik 10 euro minder terug omdat ik hem gebruikt heb. Ik had hem niet gebruikt en op hun verzoek de fotos gemaakt. Vervolgens is het pakketje met T&T gestuurd en inmiddels hebben ze het pakket al bijna 2 weken niet in ontvangst genomen. Al met al een bagger klantenservice. En ben 17,50 euro en veel tijd kwijt aan een produkt wat niet voldoet aan de omschrijving en het geld zeker niet waard. Jammer maar nooit geen pelsbarn meer. 5 februari besteld en tot op heden nog steeds mijn geld niet terug!

We willen graag een paar punten verduidelijken. Wij vragen nooit om een foto met de hond in het product, maar alleen om een foto van het product zelf, zodat we het goed kunnen beoordelen, in dit geval specifiek de rand gezien je daar een opmerking over had.
Op basis van de ontvangen foto’s zien we dat je een leren achterbank hebt. Dit kan ervoor zorgen dat de mand sneller verschuift, omdat leer gladder is dan stof. Ook een schuiner zitvlak kan hierbij een rol spelen. Verder hebben wij vastgesteld dat de mand in orde is en qua formaat klopt.
Hoewel we geen defect hebben geconstateerd, hebben we je toch een korting aangeboden. Dit aanbod heb je afgewezen en gekozen voor retourneren. Dat is mogelijk, maar omdat het product gebruikt is, worden er kosten gerekend zoals vermeld in ons retourbeleid.
Daarnaast hebben we nog geen verzendbewijs van de retour ontvangen, terwijl we hier wel om hebben gevraagd.
We helpen je graag verder zodra we deze ontvangen.

Two basset hounds
I have two basset hounds. They ride in my car and even with the other seatbelt solutions, my dogs would flop around in an unsafe way. I saw these dog beds online and was excited about what they had to offer and ordered them. They came promptly and are so comfortable for my short friends and easy to use. My dogs love them, they do not flop and they feel safe.

Wat heerlijk om te horen dat jullie zo blij zijn met het Pelsbarn autobed, en dat jullie de grootste maat hebben gekozen voor jullie twee hondjes. Dat klinkt echt als een perfecte match! 🐾
Een mini labradoodle en een maltipoo die samen als echte royalty op de achterbank zitten… daar worden wij zó blij van! 👑 Het is precies waar we het voor doen: een veilige, comfortabele plek creëren waar hondjes ontspannen kunnen liggen tijdens elke rit.
Fijn ook dat je benoemt dat ze er relaxed in liggen én dat het veilig voelt. Die combinatie is voor ons ontzettend belangrijk, dus het is geweldig om te horen dat dit ook zo wordt ervaren.
