So who are Peluka Salon? We are a team of hairstylists and one wig wearer. The brainchild of Francesca (said wig wearer) who is determined to make alternative hair less 'hush hush'. Working with clients in a salon environment, to provide hair loss solutions they can feel confident in. Alopecia, cancer treatment, thinning hair; none of these should prevent the luxury of 'having your hair done'. Peluka Salon is dedicated to providing expert solutions for those dealing with hair loss. Founded by Francesca, a wig wearer, and Matthew, a hair stylist. Together they pride themselves in understanding your individual needs. Francesca and Matthew strive to create a salon experience where clients feel pampered, cared for and supported. Peluka Salon is based in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, UK. Providing alternative hair solutions both online and in salon. Offering consultation, fitting, cutting, colour and maintenance services.

Outstanding customer service and quality
I received a beautiful topper from Francesca at Peluka this week! The topper was custom coloured and cut for me and arrived without the need for further styling which was a huge bonus. The quality of the piece is exceptional and the service, from initial consultation to the gorgeous presentation box full of goodies in which I recieved my topper, was amazing. Francesca makes the whole process of wearing alternative hair fun and exciting and I cannot wait to purchase another piece! Thank you so much!

I love this shop
I love this shop. The owner is knowledgabe, helpful and often goes above and beyond for her customers. Allmthebstaffvwork hard to make the hair loss/ alternative hair journey a little less daunting and more accessible. The products on offer are high-quality and varied with lots of support and advice given.

Amazing colour work
I cannot recommend Peluka Salon enough. From start to finish they have been such a wonderful service. Francesca is an absolute sweetheart and really took the time to understand what I wanted, even when I didn't know myself. I now have the most beautiful hair that suits me to perfection! It has gone from hair that I couldn't wear to hair that has given me so much confidence, I honestly can't thank her enough! The colour work is perfection! I will definitely be using Peluka Salan again in the future.

If I could give more stars I would, I was recently left without a hair topper as my other one with another company had a fault. I contacted Fern and she went above and beyond to provide me with another and coloured it perfectly. Turnaround was so quick and she was in constant communication with me from start to finish. I would 100% recommend this company and I will be back for sure, thank you

Francesca is brilliant - my only fault is the fact that you have to pay duty to Ireland which makes the pieces expensive - My other advice would be if you know the colour from a particular brand that you like and suits you, don't go by the colour on the website as this can be very misleading - I recently bought Cinnamon Brown (Ellen Willie) and although it looks like Mocca Rooted, its nothing like it. If you buy sale items they can't be returned - so you need to know your colours.

Thank you for your review :)) Yes unfortunately we have no control over customs and duties when sending to the EU & Internationally. It is a frustration we feel ourselves, especially when sending to Ireland.
Just to note that it is only clearance items which are listed as specific colours and are not returnable. These are overstock items in the salon and are heavily discounted.
All standard non-clearance items are available in all colours and listed on our website with all colour options, and if these are bought with the use of a discount code or via promotion they are indeed returnable subject to our 14 day return policy.
