Established in 1999, it offers air conditioning solutions to homes and businesses in the Northern Beaches, North Shore, Inner West, and Eastern Suburbs. In June 2012, we opened a branch office covering Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Inner West. At both branch locations, we offer the same products, attention to detail, and customer service as we do here on the Northern Beaches.

The installers were no fuss
The installers were no fuss. They got on with the job very efficiently. We are very happy with the way that the unit has fitted into our old apartment……it really looks like it has always been there.

Sako the manager turned up when he said he would, explained all our options and sent us a written quote with the options. The job was booked in a reasonable time frame and the installers turned up on time, polite and efficient. No Mess and no 'problems' just solutions.

It's all about the people - what a team ?
Our project was drawn out with various complications and challenges. The team really went out of their way to solve the various complexities and problems. They were all patient, quick to respond to my communications and always polite and professional. The installers were absolutely awesome young men and fabulous ambassadors for the company. I could not recommend (or thank) the Pen-Air team enough.
