Her approach was professional, friendly and genuinely supportive throughout. It made such a difference, especially as customer service experiences can often feel quite stressful. If all customer service was like Sarah’s, things would run much more smoothly in life!

Speed of response was incredible.
I had an old account and had to set up a new one, whilst needing to place an urgent order. They got me set up in just a few minutes. Super responsive and helpful on both the phone and email. Very impressed with their customer service.

I love working with Pencarrie - they have a huge range of garments and they're super fast in gettting stock delivered. The website is mega simple and easy to use. Overall I could not be happier with my experience working with them!

The customer service with this company is always exceptional. On my most recent purchase Tracey got me out of a very deep hole by getting goods out to me after their cut off time. This shows it's not just their customer service team but all their teams striving for excellence. Well done to all.

Lady very helpful. Would have given 5 stars but didn't seem fair to be charged twice because your courier lost my parcel. I don't see why you can't take the brunt of the cost of the 2nd order until the 1st one is located?
