My favorite online magic shop. I've been using them for over 20 years and their quality has never dipped. Not many magic shops are still around from 20+ years but Penguin has been a leader for a while. In the rare times I have issues with my orders they always made it right.

5 star delivery on time, had an issue with 1 item, no quibble or messing around replacement. Stockists of magical props and some items that are completely original to them only, do not overlook this cave of magic supplies! Thank you Penguin matches very simply one of the best out there.

Large range of magic and good feedback from previous purchasers about all products. However, they provide dreadful after sales service and the USPS carrier service they use for sending to UK is worse than snail mail with unreliable tracking (their words). Promised availability not to be believed either and their customer service approach after the parcel has supposedly been shipped is “not our problem”.

Great products, but don't believe the shipping times. It won't ship the same day it often takes 3 to 4 days, they can even mark it as shipped when it hasn't been.
The support is also woeful.

My item has arrived and I am very happy with it.

I received a video of my order being packaged and I thought that was a very sweet gesture.

Penguin Magic is great. They even show you packing your order. They have great customer service. They are the only magic shop in the world that I know of that will give a cash refund. If you return a product you have to pay for the return shipping.

Great range of products, easy to navigate website and order process, very clear communication. I have to say the little video of them packing my products to send to the UK really brought a smile to my face at the end of a busy day. Thank You

Yes, international shipment takes a long time, but they have a large range of products usually for fair prices. Contact with them has been very positive (friendly, helpfull).

Its all great until its not. Their free international shipping is a ridiculously long wait even though they say 2-6 weeks no one expects 5-6 weeks but often it is. Greg writes longggg winded emails back and forth and would rather make excuses with little sympathy for what you have to simply point out. He has to prove he is right and you are wrong. Instead of simply saying sorry you feel that way we value your business (even ifs its not true its called ego suppression and customer service) he would rather spar using justification and be dismissive (as if it any of it matters). Not much understanding or compassion he must get a lot of complaints it shows. But hey if yr in the states i'm sure its all roses. Ill give vanishing inc a try they say free shipping to canada 3-7 days not 6 weeks!

I have no hesitation in recommending Penguin Magic - the thank you video and packing videos are hilarious and go above and beyond customer service. Once you reach the threshold for free postage, many of the items are actually cheaper than buying from the UK - amazing! 😊

huge magic store with good prices - i have ordered a few things here, with specific requests, like sending something as a present for my sister, containing a note from me and so on, which they did, and even sent me a little video of them packing it to my specifications... pretty awesome..!
