Still waiting to hear from customer service. Ordered with black writing. Image online shows clearly. Product arrived and you can barely see the black writing. Font is thin and can not read. I wish they would have said something when it went into production that you can not see it and recommend something else. Why would someone want to pay for water bottle with their logo on it but not be able to even see it. waiting to hear about a refund but no responses after over a week

Bottles were ok. But please note they do not come with lids attached. We were not aware of this and scrambled at the last minute to put them together.

I love that our logo got printed on both sides! I couldn't tell from the product pictures, and I don't recall seeing it in the description(i may have missed it)..so it was a pleasant surprise!

Cheap feel, not dishwasher safe, and logo starts to rubs off after first real use. Would not buy again.
