I circulated over 300 pens to businesses around the area and a large portion do not work. You click it to write and it sticks in the out position without the writing park coming out. What is your quality control process. It’s failing you. I’ve spent thousands and pens with your company and these are the worse I’ve gotten.

The order was sent to the wrong place then sent back to the warehouse. It has been 2 weeks and still no update on my order.

Found out the pens were made in China. Some of the ink in the pens dries out very fast.

We give these pens to our dental patients and displey them on our front desk. Patients love writing with them, and so many are happy to take a pen home with them.
