I was super impressed by the customer service when I first started using pension App.

Extremely disappointing experience with PensionApp.
It’s marketed as a simple app where you can log in and see all your pensions in one place, but that’s not the reality. It was very misleading – the expectation set is that it’s just an overview tool, when in fact they push you toward transferring your pensions into their platform, with a 0.6% transfer fee and an ongoing 0.82% annual charge.
I spoke to several advisors and honestly only one seemed to actually understand how the service works. The rest gave inconsistent or unclear information, which only added to the confusion.
I even escalated this to management after being told over the phone that no fees or penalties would apply, as I signed up under the impression this was just for viewing my pensions. Despite that, they took no responsibility and insisted the 0.6% fee would still be charged, along with the 0.82% if the funds aren’t returned within four weeks.
The whole situation feels misleading and poorly handled. The lack of accountability and willingness to resolve the issue is really frustrating.
Would not recommend.

I've dealt with Jack at Pension App. He has been extremely helpful and approachable throughout. I've called a few times and he's been exactly the same. I couldn't have asked for more.

I had Ellie P as a Case Manager who helped me with the administrative side of transferring my pensions. She is very proactive in assisting and of a pleasant nature. Communications were clear and concise and process so far has been fluid and will be good to have all my pensions in the same place online instead of hunting down policy number documents I lost a long time ago, trying to keep track of it all.
