This Turkey tour Is an unforgettable tour! The journey schedule is perfect. The hotels and food are excellent! Especially our tour guide Davis: he is very professional , knowledgeable mostly very friendly, caring also has good humor ! I feel so lucky to have him as our guide. Also our local tour guide and bus driver are very friendly and professional. I am very satisfied with the tour and recommend!

My husband and I joined Peony Tours on a Turkey tour from October 7th to 18th. This was our fourth time traveling with a Peony Tours group, and we chose Peony Tours again because of the wonderful experiences we had on our first three trips.

This trip to Turkey was truly enjoyable, with excellent food and accommodations, and each site held deep historical and archaeological significance. For us Christians, the most attractive was visiting four locations of the seven churches mentioned in the Book of Revelation: Ephesus, Smyrna(Izmir), Pergamum, and Laodicea(Denizli/Pamukkale), as well as Iconium(Konya), where Paul preached. We also visited the Virgin Mary's final resting place in Ephesus.

But the greatest highlight was our tour leader, Davis (聂玉艇). He spoke fluent Chinese and English, was knowledgeable, and took excellent care of us. He possessed a deep cultural background, was friendly, and had a good sense of humor. He told jokes and sang songs on the bus, which helped ease our tiredness . He even arranged a Chinese meal to ensure we didn't get too tired of Turkish food. Knowing that some of us wanted to take photos of the ruins of the Church of Pergamum, he even instructed the driver to stop for us so we could get out and take photos. He walked an extra mile for us.
This was a truly unforgettable and enjoyable trip to Turkey, and we will highly recommend it to our friends.

I had an amazing time in Kenya, especially the incredible Safari trip I had arranged by Peony Tours. My Safari driver and guide Peter from Liberty was awesome and very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. I not only was able to successfully see all Big Five (lions, elephants, leopards, rhinos, and African buffalos), I also had close-encounters with the giraffes, cheetah, wildebeests, hippos, gazelles, and many more other African animals and birds. The hotel and Game lodge accommodations where I stayed were also clean and comfortable with top-notch services and amenities.

I would highly recommend to friends and family this once a lifetime wonderful safari travel with Peony.

This trip is one of the best I've had with Peony/RITZ. Really wanted to leave review on how much this is why they are my always go to on tours. Many recommend other companies like Sinet or Globus staining they are high quality, but I give total kudos to Peony. It is professionalism at its best.

This was a very informative and well planned and guided tour. Everyone of course will have different options and reviews of locations but Shanghai, Jacky explained and showed us things out of the routine. Wuzhen was absolutely gorgeous town. Would like to gor back again, Zhangjiajie was also beautiful although weather was kind of nasty. Changsha was eh.. But definitely great that got to go once. So was absolutely great itinerary and the things we got to do and see were outstanding.

Best part was the people we met and Jack's absolute professionalism at its best! At end of the trip this ended up so much better than I expected and hoped. Was a great group of people, wished the trip was a week longer. As for JACKY? Hard to describe his professionalism... He tried to take care of every indivi/family as best as he could. I felt he went out of his way, exactly the kind of person I would like handling my company. Very meticulous and precise. His wechat updates and daily schedule plus weather and procedures for airports were spot on and so helpful. Peony itself provides absolutely the best. From all the hotels and restaurants they provided, no complaints. Not every town will habe four seasons or RITZ but would say probably best of each location.

Long review but want to say thank you too Peony and Jacky. Have so many more planned with them and hope to have Jacky on all my China tours. Great great experience!!

It was an unforgettable experience in England.
The weather was so nice and beyond our imagination (it was England’s raining season in October , but we didn’t even have one raining day in two weeks), the places we visited were beautiful , and what made the trip so impressive was our tour guide Eddie Chen. He was very knowledgeable, very experienced, very enthusiastic, and most importantly, he really took good care of our needs. And he always made sure we arrived the places with good timing, so we got to see the beautiful sunset at Carlton Hill in Scotland.
I definitely would like to join his tour in the future.

The tour arrangements were accommodating although the schedules was a little tight. The meals provided were adequate but hopefully it’ll improve with more of local flavors. The tour guide- Wen is very knowledgeable and friendly, he made sure to take care of each tourists needs at his best ability, and we all like him a lot.

12 days of 10/16 east Europe tour:
Me and my sister joined the 12 days east Europe tour with tour guide, Wei chen, who is really professional and organized for the whole trip. We just felt we were in the good and safe hands!

Our Greece trip was absolutely wonderful! The tour guide and bus driver were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the journey. Their expertise and hospitality made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Peony Tours Guides
My wife and I have joined several Peony Tours, and every tour guide has impressed us with their professionalism and attentive care: Spain (Carol Hsu), Turkey (James Wang), Huangshan (Gong Jie), Turkey (Sam Lin), and Northern Xinjiang (Jean Yang).

A special thanks goes to Sam — through his introduction, I discovered a new hobby that keeps both my hands and mind engaged: flying a DJI drone.

As for Ms. Jean Yang, she was always mindful that we senior travelers might find the local mutton dishes too rich. Whenever she saw fresh local vegetables, she would take the initiative to order extra dishes for us. I can still recall the crisp, refreshing taste of the freshly stir-fried xuelihong (pickled mustard greens) by the stunning Sayram Lake.

I still don’t know how she managed it, but she somehow secured complimentary upgrades to executive suites for us in both Urumqi and Beijing! She’s also stubborn — despite our repeated insistence that she didn’t need to wake up early to see us off at 4:45 am, she refused to listen and got up anyway to come downstairs and say goodbye. Haha — we left early before she could catch us.

We also owe thanks to our local guide, Black Qin, who thoughtfully prepared a variety of Xinjiang fruits for us — the green apples were everyone’s favorite. Since long bus rides are unavoidable in Northern Xinjiang, Jean provided snacks for everyone, while Black Qin brought along rose niang (玫瑰饟, a local sweet). Eating and chatting along the way made the long rides feel much shorter.

This is the third trip I went with Peony Tours. The tour guide was super excellent in explaining the history. This time the food was great. But it did not provide the first day dinner, which was the bad part of the trip. I would give A for my tour guide Ocean Hu. He is very knowledgeable and kept members well informed. Now for next year's trip, the single supp increases to a unacceptable level.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic vacation tour through Eastern Europe with Peony Tour, visiting Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, and Prague. Our guide, Wei Chen, provided excellent service throughout, going above and beyond by spending extra time to help us exchange foreign currency smoothly. Highly recommend him for a seamless and enjoyable experience!

Overall experience was good, the tour leader Mr. Wei Chen is excellent in all aspects, he deserves 5 stars!

Suggestions:
1. The hotel on Day 2 and 3 (Silken Puerta Madrid) should make the breakfast hours more flexible to avoid the crowds and rush in the morning.

2. Tour to Segovia may be included in the itinerary instead of making it an optional one, and rearrange a suitable hotel location on Day 3 to avoid partial repeated route on the round next morning.

3. Day 8 Hotel - Granada Palace, room is huge but not very functional.

4. More local foods to be included in the arranged meals.

5. It could be better to spend one more day in Barcelona, which is a city with a lot of points of interest.

This a my second time joining with Peony tours. I wanted to take an opportunity to say Thank you to our tour guide Mr. Wei Chen who made our 12 days Europe trip very fun and relaxing! I am very satisfied with the service and arrangement the company planned. Definitely recommend Peony tours if you are planning to your next trip.

因担心下雪趟冰，我们差点取消北疆游。经历10／13-21的北疆游后，我的结论是：北疆值得一游！游后无怨无悔！我没有想到团很小，仅11位游客，再加上带队的杨颖和新疆本地导游小秦，大家相处十分融洽；两位导游做足了功课，详细介绍新疆风情，风景，和当地笑话，使得一路笑声不断；旅游大巴，又宽敞又舒服，住的旅馆更是没得说，尤其是在禾木住的假日酒店，绝对是Holiday Inn 酒店系统里的高端酒店；我们一路看到喀纳斯，布尔津，和禾木的雪山冰峰，河流冰川，驻足欣赏赛里木湖，那拉提大草原，还专门走访伊宁老城，赶上周末各少数民族齐聚庆祝非遗文化表演，以及最后坐船环游天山天池和游逛乌鲁木齐的国际大巴扎。导游和名人都曾担心喀纳斯的气候再发生突变，没料到既无下雪也未下雨，一路老天作美，使整个游程顺利完成。感谢名人安排的北疆游，感谢小杨和小秦的事无巨细，安排到位，感谢各位旅友的互相帮助和照顾，成全了这次北疆游！如果名人再增加南疆游，绝对是锦上添花！
