Not sure how they get one to agree to $1 trial (I never did knowingly), then start billing you $26 a month. I never used the service and never wittingly hire it. They refused to reimburse. Rip off.

Peoplelooker, this far has given exceptional customer service & seems to genuinely want to he helpful.
Peoplooker seems to genuinely try to the best of their abilities to "help" you find what you're looking for. There are plenty of instructions & emails to guide your searches.
They also give you a 7 day Trial
( I paid $5.00 for a 7 day Trial of something like a limit of 100 PDF searches or printed files? Not really for sure about what the limit of 100 is for exactly - don't remember but it is listed. Peoplelooker seems to give fair warnings about the 7- day Trial & how to cancel by calling a 1-800 number posted or a cancellation email is listed that can be sent to support to cancel before you are fully charged an ungodly sum of about $30 + per month. As I said earlier, the company does genuinely seem to want to support & be helpful and that's definitely a big Plus- that is good customer service.
I will still have to wait & see if the trial will be worth it. As of now, I do believe it will be well worth the $5 for 7 days. It is time-consuming but definitely
so far so good.
A great big thank you to peoplelooker for exceptional customer service thus far
(...and presently, good customer service is unfortunately a totally LOST & DYING ART for the vast MAJORITY of all companies these days )
Exceptional customer service will always keep customers like myself coming BACK because it's very important & much appreciated.

The price is reasonable. The app is easy to use. The app is fast and efficient. The app offers different prices for the type of use. You need it for individual business or smaller plan versus a business plan. The results were accurate.
