I had several sites that needed to be migrated from my previous web host. The team at PeoplesHost moved my personal site as well as my client sites within 1-2 hours after reeving the necessary info. Throughout the migration process their support staff communicated and sent updates. They even found and fixed issues my other web host wouldn't take a look at.. so far my experience with PeoplesHost has been stellar! Thanks to the issues from my previous web host I was able to find a web host that delivers a much needed personal and human touch compared to how I was treated at my previous web host.

I ordered a VPS with PeoplesHost and switching from Arvixe to PeoplesHost has been night and day for my business. They're reliable and support is top notch. Over the years I've used many Windows and ASP.NET providers. An application I use released an update and PeoplesHost was immediately on it when I asked if they supported .NET Core. It was available and I didn't encounter any problems upgrading my application. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable hosting provider.

Switched over to a PeoplesHost VPS from A Small Orange, and never looked back! The customer service has been fantastic. Everyone I've interacted with on the PeoplesHost team clearly knows what they are doing. Every time I reach out, they solve the problem on my first inquiry. The support responses are never templated, and they always go above and beyond to help me solve anything I bring up. When I reach out with an issue for one of my sites, the support reply often solves the problem even when the issue turns out to be unrelated to the server. I also had them do our initial migration of 15+ sites, and they nailed it. Not one site had an issue. These guys are fantastic.

I've been a web designer for over a decade, with hundreds of projects under my belt. I host my customer's website so having a good host is important, as I found with multiple attempts with different hosting companies.

Other companies either:

1. Started off great, then sold out.
2. Were low-cost, but offered a very poor support experience.
3. Were too WordPress-specific and didn't give me the control I wanted.

Matt has been an incredibly reliable and attentive host provider. I've had websites since the late 90s and my experience with PeoplesHost has been above and beyond any other experience I've had over all of those years. I recommend them any time someone asks who they should start with or are considering switching.

I just switched from Arvixe where I was experiencing terrible customer service to PeoplesHost. The new customer support is awesome. I had some unique challenges getting my new site set up and the PeoplesHost folks were with me all the way. Everything went smoothly. It was some of the best customer support I've ever experienced anywhere.

After having the worst experience ever regarding customer service with HostGator, being invited to join the community of PeoplesHost was a breath of fresh air. Not only the migration process was extremely fast and good, but I felt like I was having my own personal guide. Brian not only was there all the time during the process but he also answered every single mail I sent faster than I could possibly ask for. For the time being the connection is working perfect, good speed, competitive price, but most of all amazing quality customer service. Totally recommend it.

The hosting service and the support staff have both been exceptional from before I even began the transfer. I had some specific questions to ask prior to making the switch, and the customer service was knowledgeable and courteous. The PeoplesHost staff took care of the migration with very little effort on my part, and even helped with a second migration without any qualms.

For the customer service alone, I would recommend PH to anyone, especially when compared to other hosts I've used in the past. The actual hosting quality has also been an improvement, however, and the customer interface is much more user-friendly, as well. Excellent all around.

After years of dealing with poor service from HostGator, I finally made the jump to PeoplesHost. I am now also in the process of moving my domains to them as well. Peoplehost support is without a doubt, better than both HostGator and GoDaddy combined. They are extremely responsive with any support tickets I placed, and they moved all of my hosted sites over for me, along with my email, and transferred my domain quickly. I highly recommend using them. The price is right, and the support folks are Awesome!!

PeoplesHost is the best out there. I was nervous about switching hosting companies because the one I was with was the biggest name out there but I had been experiencing such horrible service and maddening downtime, I knew I had to.
