Ordering was easy and the info provided when purchasing, communication was ok until after i had received the items then they stopped responding. Unfortunatly none of the products came labelled and they didn't supply coa's when asked. Product took a while to dissolve. When I used one of the peptides just ordered it gave a lump in my stomach when any other brand I have used never did that

Regarding the labelling and COAs: Our products are sold strictly for research purposes and arrive unlabelled per industry and regulatory guidelines for research chemicals. We do have third-party testing on file for each batch, and we're happy to share the relevant COA if you send us your order number. Many customers prefer this approach for discretion and compliance.
On the dissolution We recommend using bacteriostatic water, letting it sit at room temperature (or gently swirling — never shaking), and giving it 10–15 minutes. If it still seems slow, feel free to reach out and we can offer specific tips for that batch.

Their newest batch is very pure. Takes a while to ship because they deliver internationally but the customer support was helpful enough when I contacted them for an update. It was worth the wait.

Good first impression overall...
Good first impression overall. The website feels clean and easy to understand, and the product pages give the kind of information I’d expect before ordering research-use items. I especially like that the COA and lab details are part of the buying process instead of being hidden or hard to find. If they keep the same level of communication and consistency, I can see this becoming a reliable place to order from.

A bit slow, but not a scam
my personal experience is the are legit, its not scam for sure but they are a bit slow my order come in 20 days but it comes, and after all i am super happy the price are way more cheaper than everywhere, so patience is what you need with them, but they are reliable and reply fast.
