First and last time ordering
Not really impressed. I've been ordering from a different company and decided to try peptide giants after peptides being out of stock at current online company.
I had 1 vial with the metal crimped cap wasn't crimped. Not sure if the contents were compromised. I had another vial with a large, hard,clear substance at bottom of vial that when liquid was added, did not dissolve and there was powder under it that also was not dissolving. I did contact customer service but no reply as of 5/17/26 when this review was written.
Just not happy with the quality of what I have purchased. Its disappointing. It was my first and last order from them.
Hopefully they fix the quality issues.

Regarding the vial with the metal seal, some of our vials use a tear-off aluminum cap design that includes an arrow indicating the proper removal method. If the metal portion is pulled upward instead of following the tear-off direction, it can sometimes appear as though the seal was not properly crimped when in fact it is a different style of closure. We understand this can be confusing if you have not encountered this type of vial before.
As for the material remaining at the bottom of the vial, in some cases this can occur if insufficient diluent is added or if the vacuum inside the vial is not first equalized, which may prevent the contents from fully dissolving. Gently allowing air into the vial before adding diluent and ensuring an adequate volume is used often resolves this issue.
We would also like to mention that we have searched our records and were unable to locate any email, phone call, or support request associated with this concern. If we somehow missed your message, we sincerely apologize.
Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we would appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Please contact our support team directly with your order information, photos of the vial(s), and any additional details so we can review the situation and work toward a resolution.

Great Customer Service
This is my second order with peptide giants. Really great customer service. I placed my order and realized I forgot to add an item to my cart. I emailed the customer service to cancel my order so I could add my BAC water and replace my order. They emailed me back right away and threw it in for free. I will be ordering from this company again and again.
