Peptides arrived within a week
Peptides arrived within a week. I’m taking one star off because the Retatrutide I ordered is 20 mg and comes in a bottle that’s not big enough to add 4 ML of bac water to reconstitute, which is what was recommended by the health professional I found Retatrutide through, so it’s hard to know the exact dose you end up getting per injection. Otherwise seems to be a good service.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a detailed review — we’re glad to hear your order arrived quickly.
I just wanted to clarify one important point regarding Retatrutide 20 mg reconstitution , as there seems to be a small misunderstanding that can easily cause confusion.
For a 20 mg Retatrutide vial, you do not need to add 4 mL of bacteriostatic water.
The recommended and standard protocol is 2.0 mL, which results in a 10 mg/mL concentration.
This concentration is intentionally chosen because it makes dosing very straightforward:
- 10 units = 1 mg
- 20 units = 2 mg
- 50 units = 5 mg
Our vials are designed to safely accommodate up to ~3 mL, which is the industry standard for this peptide format. Adding 4 mL would lower the concentration to 5 mg/mL, making dosing math more complex and is not the recommended protocol for this vial size.
Because the mention of needing 4 mL may unintentionally mislead other researchers and raise concerns about vial size, we kindly ask if you would consider updating or adjusting your review to reflect the correct protocol.

Thought it was a scam
I’ll commend you on your speedy delivery but that’s about it. The order that was delivered was a bottle with what looks like styrofoam in it! There was no customer support to call. I sent an email and no response. I am mailing it back with hope you will do the right thing and credit my credit card. Otherwise I feel I was scammed.

After writing an email to Peptidic, a very professional customer service representative sent me a long entailed email. She gave me a couple of options and I really felt like she wanted to rectify my situation. What I did not understand is the “styrofoam looking stuff” was indeed what I ordered. It just needed to be mixed/activated along with some other instructions I neglected to realize. I just wanted to be clear, that though I was unaware of those procedures when I purchased, Mary T. in Customer Support went above and beyond reaching out to me. Thank you for that!
