I had an issue reconstituting a 60mg vial of Epithalon from Peptidology and used 4 ml of bacteriostatic water. It never fully dissolved and I ended up discarding. I used 4ml so I can fit my protocol into a 30 unit syringe. I reached out to support and within a few hours, they offered to replace the vial, free of charge, shipped with 2 day Fedex. They even allowed me to switch from a single 60mg vial to 6 of their 10mg vials and included a free Hospira bacteriostatic water. They also cross checked my batch with their quality team and their own testing to confirm. I was blown away by their customer service, quick resolution to my issues, and willingness to replace the product free of charge. Highly recommend!

I've been purchasing peptides from a few different companies over the last couple of years, as well as from my clinic. Many of them I've noticed no research findings after some time. When I've asked for COAs from a couple of them, they couldn't provide current ones.

Peptidology has consistently provided COAs for every batch I've received. I've had fantastic results with them. They are quick to answer questions, deliver quickly, and I've been very happy with the perceived quality of what I've received.

Don’t order company has now changed hands to be registered in Dubai and is no longer the same company that was once legit! Cannot contact them in any way and banks can’t recover money. DO NOT USE CHANGE WAS IN JULY ITS NO LONGER THE SAME

Recently ordered from Peptidology earlier this month after doing alot of research on various companies and trying to find a reliable and trustworthy source. My package arrived very carefully pacages, with bubble wrap around the vials, and very discreetly as well. I will provide an update after a few weeks but the service so far has been commendable and I surely hope that they become my trustworthy source moving forward. The ese of placing an order, to shipping, to delivery has been great. Had a mishap with fedex not delivering my package on time as well as stating that my address was wrong when they previously attempted, but this isn't Peptidology's issue, it's seemingly a recurring and noticeable issues amongst couriers lately, both UPS and FEDEX, they delays, and then cut offs after a certain point. I will order in the future as this first time ordering was a very good experience. Will report back after testing the products for a few weeks.

Generally quick about answering questions and their shipping is usually quick. They are go to for research chemicals.
