My grandma Ordered a fridge and they said delivery is like a week. Had to write them again when it had been like 2 weeks. Then they said that it seems that they haven’t even sent the product out and will do it in 4 days. I said im not ok woth that and want my money back.
Promised to give me refund in 3-5 days.
After a week there was still nothing and I had to write AGAIN to get my money. So the journey with them has been for 5 weeks now..
Super bad communication and general management.
Still haven’t received my money so well see..

Ordered laptop, was waiting for it and after I said about delayed delivery, seller suggested to make refund, also after I said I can wait and asked how long should I wait, they suggested to make refund again, so possible that product wasn't even available. Then after seller said they made refund, it wasn't actually made and I had to ask for it several times and ask my bank to help. They made refund after they said they made, because date of refund was much longer than they wrote, so it was clearly not true. It was like: "Wait 1-2 days", then again 1-2 days and so on. At least got my money back, but wasted a lot of time and energy, money were frozen about 3 weeks. Very bad experience and poor communication, don't recommend.
